Description
酸化型グルタチオン(GSSG)とは、還元型グルタチオン(GSH、N-(N-γ-L-グルタミル-L-システイニル)グリシン)の2分子がジスルフィド結合を介して結合して形成される物質である。
GSSGの施用は、土壌等の栽培担体のタマネギが生育している領域の面積に対して、栽培期間を通して合計で0.01~100kg/ha、より好ましくは0.05kg/ha以上、より好ましくは50kg/ha以下、より好ましくは10kg/ha以下の施用量で行うことが好ましい。ここで施用量は、前記面積に対する、GSSGのフリー体として換算した重量として示す。
本発明のケルセチン増量剤は、GSSGを含有し、タマネギのケルセチンを増量する用途で用いられるものであれば、GSSG自体であってもよいし、他の成分と組み合わされたGSSG含有組成物の形態であってもよい。
本発明に係るケルセチン増量剤を施用するタマネギはタマネギ(Allium cepa L.)に属する植物であれば特に限定されない。タマネギの品種は特に限定されず、例えば、淡路中甲高、今井早生、アーリーグラノ、大阪丸、愛知白、貝塚早生、山口丸、札幌黄、仙台黄、クリームゴールド、平安球型黄、貴錦、ターボ、パワー、アトン、収太郎、ソニック、O・K黄、ラッキー、泉州中高黄、チャージ、オメガ、ケルたま、ネオアース、スーパーハイゴールド、ケルたま、泉州黄、マッハ、O・P黄、O・L黄、ウルフ、スーパー北もみじ、ジェットボール、スーパーハイゴールド、サラダたまねぎ、アサヒ甘玉、ホワイトベアー、ノンクーラー、もみじ3号、猩々赤、湘南レッド、アーリーレッド、甲高ルージュ、七宝早生7号、Arka Kalyan、Arka Niketan、Agrifound Dark Red、Agrifound Light Red、Agrifound White、L-28、N-2-4-1、N-53、Baswant -780、Phule Safed、Phule Suwarna、Phule Samarth、Akola Safed、Bhima Super、Bhima Red、Bhima Raj、Bhima Kiran、Bhima Shakti、Bhima Shweta、Bhima Shubra、Bhima Dark Red、Yellow Onions、Red Onions、White Onions、Brown Onionを挙げることができる。
1.GSSG含有水和剤
クレー(昭和KDE社製、690g)、酸化型グルタチオン・アンモニウム塩(310g)を混合し、粉砕して微粉状にしたものを、GSSG含有水和剤として使用した。
<実験1>
兵庫県内の圃場において、タマネギ(七宝早生7号)を栽培した。ケルセチン増量剤は、球肥大開始約2週間前(186日目)、及び球肥大開始約2週間後(199日目)に各々GSSG純分として0.3kg/haとなるようにタマネギへ施用した。試験区は下記の条件にて栽培した。
T:球肥大2週間前及び球肥大開始2週間後については、製造例1に記載したGSSG含有水和剤を10g計量し、10Lの水に溶解後、100L/10aになるように、噴霧器を用いて葉面へ散布した。
C:無処理区については、同量の水を葉面へ散布した。
Claims (5)
- 酸化型グルタチオンを含有する、タマネギ球中のケルセチン量を増加させるための、ケルセチン増加剤。
- 酸化型グルタチオンを、タマネギに施用する工程を含む、ケルセチン量の増加したタマネギの栽培方法。
- 酸化型グルタチオンを、球肥大開始1ヶ月前後のいずれかの時期に施用する、請求項2に記載のタマネギの栽培方法。
- 球肥大開始1ヶ月前後に酸化型グルタチオンを少なくとも1回ずつ施用する、請求項2に記載のタマネギの栽培方法。
- 酸化型グルタチオンを栽培期間を通して合計で0.01~100kg/ha施用する、請求項2~4のいずれかに記載のタマネギの栽培方法。
