Description
焼成後の混合物の強度を確保する必要がある場合、例えば、粘土に耐熱接着剤(耐熱エポキシ樹脂)を混合してもよい。例えば、上述したオーブン陶土と層状複水酸化物を混合した混合物55gには、接着剤を0.5〜2g程度混合すればよい。
(4)、(5)で溶出したヒ素濃度を表2に示す。
混合物をレンガとして用いる場合、焼成温度は850〜1100℃とし、加熱開始から自然冷却まで2日程度とすればよい。なお、前述したように粘土に含まれる鉄分は、ヒ素と化合物を作りヒ素の溶出を抑えるので、混合物をヒ素が気化する温度以上で醸成してもヒ素の気化を実質的に問題の無い範囲に抑えることも可能である。
また、レンガの表面の強度を高め、レンガの表面に存在する層状複水酸化物からのヒ素の溶出を防止するため、焼成後のレンガに撥水性のコート剤を塗布してもよい。また、コート剤に代えて、又はコート剤とともに、疎水性又は撥水性の塗料を塗布してもよい。撥水性の塗料としては、フッ素樹脂塗料などを用いることができる。
Claims (9)
- ホウ素、ヒ素、リンの少なくとも1つを含む汚染物質を吸着した後の層状複水酸化物と、当該層状複水酸化物の1倍以上の重さで鉄分を含む粘土とを混合した後、当該混合物を80℃〜160℃で焼成することで、前記層状複水酸化物からの前記汚染物質の溶出を抑制する不溶化処理方法。
- ホウ素、ヒ素、リンの少なくとも1つを含む汚染物質を吸着した後の層状複水酸化物と、当該層状複水酸化物の1倍以上の重さの粘土とを混合した後、当該混合物を焼成してレンガとすることで、前記層状複水酸化物からの前記汚染物質の溶出を抑制する不溶化処理方法。
- ホウ素、ヒ素、リンの少なくとも1つを含む汚染物質を吸着した後の層状複水酸化物と、当該層状複水酸化物の1倍以上の重さの粘土とを混合した後、接着剤が混合された前記混合物を80℃〜160℃で焼成することで、前記層状複水酸化物からの前記汚染物質の溶出を抑制する不溶化処理方法。
- ホウ素、ヒ素、リンの少なくとも1つを含む汚染物質を吸着した後の層状複水酸化物と、当該層状複水酸化物の1倍以上の重さの粘土とを混合した後、当該混合物を80℃〜160℃で焼成し、焼成後の混合物の表面に、コート剤及び疎水性又は撥水性の塗料の少なくとも一方を塗布することで、前記層状複水酸化物からの前記汚染物質の溶出を抑制する不溶化処理方法。
- 前記混合物は、焼成する前に乾燥する請求項1から4のいずれか一項記載の不溶化処理方法。
- 前記層状複水酸化物と混合する前記粘土の重量は、前記層状複水酸化物の重量の5倍以上から20倍以内である請求項1から5のいずれか一項記載の不溶化処理方法。
- ホウ素、ヒ素、リンの少なくとも1つを含む汚染物質を吸着した後の層状複水酸化物をアスファルトに混ぜ込んで道路に敷き、当該層状複水酸化物が混ぜ込まれたアスファルトに、前記層状複水酸化物が混ぜ込まれていないアスファルトを敷いて前記層状複水酸化物からの前記汚染物質の溶出を抑制する不溶化処理方法。
- ホウ素、ヒ素、リンの少なくとも1つを含む汚染物質を吸着した後の層状複水酸化物と、繋ぎ材を含み、加熱により土の間に前記繋ぎ材が浸透することで強度が増す粘土とを混合した後、当該混合物を80℃〜160℃で焼成することで、前記層状複水酸化物からの前記汚染物質の溶出を抑制する不溶化処理方法。
- 前記混合物を850℃〜1100℃で焼成して前記レンガとする請求項2記載の不溶化処理方法。
