Description
Claims (19)
- 太陽電池と、
前記太陽電池を密封するシール材と、
前記シール材の上において前記太陽電池の一面上に位置する第1カバー部材と、
前記シール材の上において前記太陽電池の他面上に位置する第2カバー部材と、
を含み、
前記第1カバー部材は、ベース部材と、前記ベース部材より低い光透過度を有し着色領域を構成する着色部と、を含み、
前記着色部は、それぞれ酸化物セラミック組成物で構成され、互いに異なる色または互いに異なる光透過度を有する少なくとも二つの層を備え、
前記着色部からの赤外線領域の光に対する前記着色部の平均光透過度は、可視光線領域の光に対する前記着色部の平均光透過度と同じまたは平均光透過度より大きく、
前記着色部の前記酸化物セラミック組成物は、非晶質の状態のガラス構造を有する、太陽電池パネル。 - 前記着色部を構成する少なくとも二つの層は、前記ベース部材の上に位置する第1層と、前記第1層の上に位置する第2層と、を含み、
前記第1層及び前記第2層は、気泡を含み、
前記第1層に含まれた前記気泡の大きさは、前記第2層に含まれた前記気泡の大きさより小さい、または、前記第1層に含まれた前記気泡の総体積は、前記第2層に含まれた前記気泡の総体積より小さい、請求項1に記載の太陽電池パネル。 - 前記着色部は、互いに積層されて形成される、または、互いに隣りに形成される、地層及び着色層を含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池パネル。
- 前記地層は、前記着色層より高い明度もしくは前記着色層よりも高い光透過度を有する、または、前記地層は、白色もしくは黄色の色を有する、もしくは、透明もしくは半透明である、請求項3に記載の太陽電池パネル。
- 前記太陽電池パネルは、複数の太陽電池を含み、
前記地層または前記着色層の少なくとも一部は、少なくとも前記複数の太陽電池が位置しない非有効領域に位置する、請求項3に記載の太陽電池パネル。 - 前記地層は、前記着色層より前記太陽電池に近接して位置する、請求項3に記載の太陽電池パネル。
- 前記着色部は、互いに異なる色を有する複数の着色層を備える複数の着色部を含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池パネル。
- 前記太陽電池パネルは、第1太陽電池及び第2太陽電池を含む複数の太陽電池を含み、
前記複数の着色部は、前記第1太陽電池に対応する第1着色部及び前記第2太陽電池に対応する第2着色部を備え、
前記第1太陽電池によって生成された電流の量と前記第2太陽電池によって生成された電流の量の差は、10%以内である、請求項7に記載の太陽電池パネル。 - 前記複数の着色部は、第1透過度を有する第1色を有する第1着色層を備える第1着色部と、前記第1透過度より低い第2透過度を有し、第1色とは異なる第2色を有する第2着色層を備える第2着色部と、を含み、
前記第1着色部と前記第2着色部は、互いに異なる構造または互いに異なる厚さを有する、請求項7に記載の太陽電池パネル。 - 前記第1着色層の厚さよりも前記第2着色層の厚さがさらに薄い、請求項9に記載の太陽電池パネル。
- 前記第1着色部は、前記第1着色層と積層される第1地層をさらに備え、
前記第2着色部は、前記第2着色層と積層される第2地層をさらに備え、
前記第1地層及び前記第2地層は、色または厚さが互いに異なる、請求項9に記載の太陽電池パネル。 - 前記第1着色部は、前記第1着色層と積層される第1地層をさらに備え、
前記第2着色部は、前記第2着色層と積層される第2地層をさらに備え、
前記第1地層の厚さより前記第2地層の厚さがさらに薄い、請求項9に記載の太陽電池パネル。 - 前記第1地層の光透過度よりも前記第2地層の光透過度がさらに高い、請求項12に記載の太陽電池パネル。
- 前記第1着色部は、前記第1着色層と積層される第1地層をさらに備え、
前記第2着色部は、前記第2着色層で構成され、地層を備えない、請求項9に記載の太陽電池パネル。 - 前記着色部は、互いに異なる色または互いに異なる光透過度を有する、少なくとも二つの着色層を備える着色ユニットで構成される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池パネル。
- 前記着色ユニットは、第1色で構成され、第1透過度を有する第1着色層と、前記第1色とは異なる第2色を有し、前記第1透過度より高い第2透過度を有する第2着色層と、を含む、請求項15に記載の太陽電池パネル。
- 前記第2着色層の面積は、前記第1着色層の面積と同じである、または、前記第1着色層の面積より大きい、請求項16に記載の太陽電池パネル。
- 前記着色ユニットは、第1色で構成される第1着色層と、前記第1色とは異なる第2色で構成される第2着色層と、前記第1色及び前記第2色より高い明度を有し、前記第1着色層及び前記第2着色層よりも高い透過度を有する地層と、を含む、請求項15に記載の太陽電池パネル。
- 前記第1カバー部材の一面に前記着色部が形成され、前記第1カバー部材の他の一面に光拡散部が形成される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池パネル。
