Description
(a)コポリマー粒子であって、該コポリマー粒子の総重量に基づいて、
(i)0.1重量%から20重量%のリン酸モノマー、及び
(ii)80重量%から99.9重量%のコモノマー、
に由来する重合単位を含む、コポリマー粒子:
(b)空隙を有するラテックス粒子であって、
(i)少なくとも一種のコアポリマーであって、
(a)該コアポリマーの総重量に基づいて、少なくとも一つのカルボン酸基を含有する、20重量%から60重量%のモノエチレン性不飽和モノマー、及び、(b)該コアポリマーの総重量に基づいて、40重量%から80重量%の非イオン性のエチレン性不飽和モノマー、に由来する重合単位を含む、コアポリマー;と
(ii)少なくとも一種のシェルポリマーであって、
(a)該シェルポリマーの総重量に基づいて、55重量%から85重量%の非イオン性のエチレン性不飽和モノマー、及び、(b)該シェルポリマーの総重量に基づいて、15重量%から45重量%のポリエチレン性不飽和モノマー、に由来する重合単位を含む、シェルポリマー;
を含み、ここにおいて、該空隙を有するラテックス粒子が、空隙を有し、50nmから1000nmまでの粒径を有する、空隙を有するラテックス粒子:
(c)無機金属酸化物粒子:並びに
(d)一種又は複数種の皮膚科学的に許容される担体:
を、含む。
本発明にしたがう例示的なコポリマー粒子は、表1に示す成分を含有した。
本実施例で用いたTiO2粉末は、様々な種類の表面処理を有していた。組成の詳細を、表3に示す。
製剤のSPFの値は、COLIPA2007法に準拠する以下の手順に実質的に従うin vitro技術を用いて、測定した。
これらの実施例において、本発明のポリマーの三種のTiO2表面処理材料(表3)への促進効果を、SPF特性について、試験した。データを表4に示す。
以下の実施例5〜28の場合は、表5に示す成分を含有する日焼け止め製剤を、下記のように調製した。
脱イオン水、EDTA、プロピレングリコール、及びMethyl Gluceth−10を混合し、65℃に加熱した。Keltrol CGT(キサンタンゴム)をゆっくり加え、粘ちょうになるまで、500rpmで撹拌した。フェノキシエタノール、メチルパラベン、等々を加え、混合した。空隙を有するラテックス粒子を加え、混合するまで、撹拌した。ポリマーP3を加えた。温度を80℃に上げた。別の反応器で、相Bの全ての成分を混合し、全てのワックスが融解するまで、75℃〜80℃で加熱した。任意選択で、TiO2を相Aに加え、均一な混合物となるまで、撹拌した。相Aの撹拌速度を1000rpmに上げた。相Bを相Aに加えた。75℃〜80℃で5分間撹拌した。熱源を取り除き、800〜1000rpmで撹拌しながら、放冷した。任意選択で、40℃まで冷却した際に、相Cを加えた。室温で10分間均質化した。均質な製剤が得られる限り、この手順の間の様々な時点でTiO2を加えることができることに、留意されたい。当業者なら、そのような時点を、不必要な実験をすることなく、決定することができる。例えば、相Bを相Aに加えるのに先立って、親水性のTiO2を相Aに加えることが好ましい。他方で、該TiO2が疎水性の場合は、該TiO2を相Aと相Bの混合物に加えることが好ましい。
空隙を有するラテックス粒子の量を変えたTiO2−1型の粒子を有する本発明の組成物のSPF値、さらには比較組成物のSPF値を、表6に示す。
空隙を有するラテックス粒子の量を変えたTiO2−2型の粒子を有する本発明の組成物のSPF値、さらには比較組成物のSPF値を、表7に示す。
空隙を有するラテックス粒子の量を変えたTiO2−3型の粒子を有する本発明の組成物のSPF値、さらには比較組成物のSPF値を、表8に示す。
以下に本発明の好ましい形態及び態様を示す。
(1)スキンケア組成物であって、
(a)コポリマー粒子であって、前記コポリマー粒子の総重量に基づいて、
(i)0.1重量%から20重量%のリン酸モノマー、及び
(ii)80重量%から99.9重量%のコモノマー、
に由来する重合単位を含む、コポリマー粒子:
(b)空隙を有するラテックス粒子であって、
(i)少なくとも一種のコアポリマーであって、
(a)前記コアポリマーの総重量に基づいて、少なくとも一つのカルボン酸基を含有する、20重量%から60重量%のモノエチレン性不飽和モノマー、及び、(b)前記コアポリマーの総重量に基づいて、40重量%から80重量%の非イオン性のエチレン性不飽和モノマー、
に由来する重合単位を含む、コアポリマーと、
(ii)少なくとも一種のシェルポリマーであって、
(a)前記シェルポリマーの総重量に基づいて、55重量%から85重量%の非イオン性のエチレン性不飽和モノマー、及び、(b)前記シェルポリマーの総重量に基づいて、15重量%から45重量%のポリエチレン性不飽和モノマー、
に由来する重合単位を含む、シェルポリマーと、
を含み、
ここにおいて、前記空隙を有するラテックス粒子が、空隙を有し、50nmから1000nmまでの粒径を有する、空隙を有するラテックス粒子:
(c)無機金属酸化物粒子:並びに
(d)一種又は複数種の皮膚科学的に許容される担体:
を、含む、スキンケア組成物。
(2)上記(1)に記載のスキンケア組成物であって、それぞれ前記組成物の総重量に基づいて、
0.1重量%から30重量%の前記コポリマー粒子;
0.1重量%から10重量%の前記空隙を有するラテックス粒子;
0.1重量%から20重量%の前記無機金属酸化物粒子;及び
残余の一種又は複数種の皮膚科学的に許容される担体;
を、含む、スキンケア組成物。
(3)上記(1)又は(2)のいずれか一項に記載のスキンケア組成物であって、前記リン酸モノマーが、メタクリル酸ホスホエチルを含む、スキンケア組成物。
(4)上記(1)〜(3)のいずれか一項に記載のスキンケア組成物であって、前記コモノマーが、アクリル酸ブチル、メタクリル酸メチル、及びメタクリル酸の内の少なくとも一つを含む、スキンケア組成物。
(5)上記(1)〜(4)のいずれか一項に記載のスキンケア組成物であって、
前記少なくとも一種のシェルポリマーの前記非イオン性のエチレン性不飽和モノマーが、アクリル酸メチル、メタクリル酸メチル、アクリル酸エチル、メタクリル酸エチル、アクリル酸ブチル、メタクリル酸ブチル、アクリル酸イソブチル、メタクリル酸イソブチル、メタクリル酸ヒドロキシエチル、メタクリル酸ヒドロキシプロピル、メタクリル酸ジメチルアミノエチル、ジメチルアミノプロピルメタクリルアミド、スチレン、エチルビニルベンゼン、t‐ブチルスチレン、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるモノマーを含み、
前記少なくとも一種のシェルポリマーの前記ポリエチレン性不飽和モノマーが、ジ(メタ)アクリレート、トリ(メタ)アクリレート、テトラ(メタ)アクリレート、ポリアリルモノマー、ポリビニルモノマー、混合されたエチレン性官能性を有する(メタ)アクリルモノマー、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるモノマーを含む、
スキンケア組成物。
(6)上記(1)〜(4)のいずれか一項に記載のスキンケア組成物であって、
前記コアポリマーの少なくとも一つのカルボン酸基を含有するモノエチレン性不飽和モノマーが、(メタ)アクリル酸、(メタ)アクリルオキシプロピオン酸、イタコン酸、アコニット酸、マレイン酸、無水マレイン酸、フマル酸、クロトン酸、シトラコン酸、無水マレイン酸、マレイン酸モノメチル、フマル酸モノメチル、イタコン酸モノメチル、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるモノマーを含み、
前記コアポリマーの非イオン性のエチレン性不飽和モノマーが、スチレン、ビニルトルエン、エチレン、酢酸ビニル、塩化ビニル、塩化ビニリデン、アクリロニトリル、(メタ)アクリルアミド、(メタ)アクリル酸メチル、(メタ)アクリル酸エチル、(メタ)アクリル酸ブチル、(メタ)アクリル酸2‐エチルヘキシル、(メタ)アクリル酸ベンジル、(メタ)アクリル酸ラウリル、(メタ)アクリル酸オレイル、(メタ)アクリル酸パルミチル、(メタ)アクリル酸ステアリル、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるモノマーを含む、
スキンケア組成物。
(7)上記(1)〜(5)のいずれか一項に記載のスキンケア組成物であって、前記少なくとも一種のシェルポリマーが、さらに、少なくとも一つのカルボン酸基を含有する0.1重量%から5重量%までのモノエチレン性不飽和モノマーに由来する重合単位を含む、スキンケア組成物。
(8)上記(1)〜(5)のいずれか一項に記載のスキンケア組成物であって、前記少なくとも一種のシェルポリマーが、さらに、少なくとも一つの、0.1重量%から5重量%までの「非カルボン」酸基を含有するモノエチレン性不飽和モノマーに由来する重合単位を含む、スキンケア組成物。
(9)皮膚をUVA及び/又はUVBによる損傷から保護する方法であって、上記(1)〜(8)のいずれか一項に記載のスキンケア組成物を皮膚に局所的に投与することを含む、方法。
(10)無機金属酸化物粒子及び一種又は複数種の皮膚科学的に許容される担体を含有するスキンケア組成物のSPFを又はUV吸収を促進する方法であって、前記方法が、前記スキンケア組成物内に:
(a)コポリマー粒子であって、前記コポリマー粒子の総重量に基づいて、
(i)0.1重量%から20重量%のリン酸モノマー、及び
(ii)80重量%から99.9重量%のコモノマー、
に由来する重合単位を含む、コポリマー粒子と、
(b)空隙を有するラテックス粒子であって、
(i)少なくとも一種のコアポリマーであって、
(a)前記コアポリマーの総重量に基づいて、少なくとも一つのカルボン酸基を含有する、20重量%から60重量%のモノエチレン性不飽和モノマー、及び、(b)前記コアポリマーの総重量に基づいて、40重量%から80重量%の非イオン性のエチレン性不飽和モノマー、
に由来する重合単位を含む、コアポリマーと、
(ii)少なくとも一種のシェルポリマーであって、
(a)前記シェルポリマーの総重量に基づいて、55重量%から85重量%の非イオン性のエチレン性不飽和モノマー、及び、(b)前記シェルポリマーの総重量に基づいて、15重量%から45重量%のポリエチレン性不飽和モノマー、
に由来する重合単位を含む、シェルポリマーと、
を含み、
ここにおいて、前記空隙を有するラテックス粒子が、空隙を有し、50nmから1000nmまでの粒径を有する、空隙を有するラテックス粒子と、
を含む、方法。
Claims (8)
- スキンケア組成物であって、
(a)コポリマー粒子であって、前記コポリマー粒子の総重量に基づいて、
(i)0.1重量%から20重量%のリン酸モノマー、及び
(ii)アクリル酸ブチル、メタクリル酸メチル、及びメタクリル酸の内の少なくとも一つを含む、80重量%から99.9重量%のコモノマー、
に由来する重合単位を含む、コポリマー粒子:
(b)空隙を有するラテックス粒子であって、
(i)少なくとも一種のコアポリマーであって、
(a)前記コアポリマーの総重量に基づいて、少なくとも一つのカルボン酸基を含有する、20重量%から60重量%のモノエチレン性不飽和モノマー、及び、(b)前記コアポリマーの総重量に基づいて、40重量%から80重量%の非イオン性のエチレン性不飽和モノマー、
に由来する重合単位を含む、コアポリマーと、
(ii)少なくとも一種のシェルポリマーであって、
(a)前記シェルポリマーの総重量に基づいて、55重量%から85重量%の非イオン性のエチレン性不飽和モノマー、及び、(b)前記シェルポリマーの総重量に基づいて、15重量%から45重量%のポリエチレン性不飽和モノマー、
に由来する重合単位を含む、シェルポリマーと、
を含み、
ここにおいて、前記空隙を有するラテックス粒子が、空隙を有し、50nmから1000nmまでの粒径を有する、空隙を有するラテックス粒子:
(c)二酸化チタン粒子:並びに
(d)一種又は複数種の皮膚科学的に許容される担体:
を、含む、スキンケア組成物。 - 請求項1に記載のスキンケア組成物であって、それぞれ前記組成物の総重量に基づいて、
0.1重量%から30重量%の前記コポリマー粒子;
0.1重量%から10重量%の前記空隙を有するラテックス粒子;
0.1重量%から20重量%の前記二酸化チタン粒子;及び
残余の一種又は複数種の皮膚科学的に許容される担体;
を、含む、スキンケア組成物。 - 請求項1又は2のいずれか一項に記載のスキンケア組成物であって、前記リン酸モノマーが、メタクリル酸ホスホエチルを含む、スキンケア組成物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のスキンケア組成物であって、
前記少なくとも一種のシェルポリマーの前記非イオン性のエチレン性不飽和モノマーが、アクリル酸メチル、メタクリル酸メチル、アクリル酸エチル、メタクリル酸エチル、アクリル酸ブチル、メタクリル酸ブチル、アクリル酸イソブチル、メタクリル酸イソブチル、メタクリル酸ヒドロキシエチル、メタクリル酸ヒドロキシプロピル、メタクリル酸ジメチルアミノエチル、ジメチルアミノプロピルメタクリルアミド、スチレン、エチルビニルベンゼン、t‐ブチルスチレン、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるモノマーを含み、
前記少なくとも一種のシェルポリマーの前記ポリエチレン性不飽和モノマーが、ジ(メタ)アクリレート、トリ(メタ)アクリレート、テトラ(メタ)アクリレート、ポリアリルモノマー、ポリビニルモノマー、混合されたエチレン性官能性を有する(メタ)アクリルモノマー、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるモノマーを含む、
スキンケア組成物。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のスキンケア組成物であって、
前記コアポリマーの少なくとも一つのカルボン酸基を含有するモノエチレン性不飽和モノマーが、(メタ)アクリル酸、(メタ)アクリルオキシプロピオン酸、イタコン酸、アコニット酸、マレイン酸、無水マレイン酸、フマル酸、クロトン酸、シトラコン酸、無水マレイン酸、マレイン酸モノメチル、フマル酸モノメチル、イタコン酸モノメチル、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるモノマーを含み、
前記コアポリマーの非イオン性のエチレン性不飽和モノマーが、スチレン、ビニルトルエン、エチレン、酢酸ビニル、塩化ビニル、塩化ビニリデン、アクリロニトリル、(メタ)アクリルアミド、(メタ)アクリル酸メチル、(メタ)アクリル酸エチル、(メタ)アクリル酸ブチル、(メタ)アクリル酸2‐エチルヘキシル、(メタ)アクリル酸ベンジル、(メタ)アクリル酸ラウリル、(メタ)アクリル酸オレイル、(メタ)アクリル酸パルミチル、(メタ)アクリル酸ステアリル、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるモノマーを含む、
スキンケア組成物。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のスキンケア組成物であって、前記少なくとも一種のシェルポリマーが、さらに、少なくとも一つのカルボン酸基を含有する0.1重量%から5重量%までのモノエチレン性不飽和モノマーに由来する重合単位を含む、スキンケア組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のスキンケア組成物であって、前記少なくとも一種のシェルポリマーが、さらに、少なくとも一つの、0.1重量%から5重量%までの「非カルボン」酸基を含有するモノエチレン性不飽和モノマーに由来する重合単位を含む、スキンケア組成物。
- 二酸化チタン粒子及び一種又は複数種の皮膚科学的に許容される担体を含有するスキンケア組成物のSPFを又はUV吸収を促進する方法であって、前記方法が、前記スキンケア組成物内に:
(a)コポリマー粒子であって、前記コポリマー粒子の総重量に基づいて、
(i)0.1重量%から20重量%のリン酸モノマー、及び
(ii)アクリル酸ブチル、メタクリル酸メチル、及びメタクリル酸の内の少なくとも一つを含む、80重量%から99.9重量%のコモノマー、
に由来する重合単位を含む、コポリマー粒子と、
(b)空隙を有するラテックス粒子であって、
(i)少なくとも一種のコアポリマーであって、
(a)前記コアポリマーの総重量に基づいて、少なくとも一つのカルボン酸基を含有する、20重量%から60重量%のモノエチレン性不飽和モノマー、及び、(b)前記コアポリマーの総重量に基づいて、40重量%から80重量%の非イオン性のエチレン性不飽和モノマー、
に由来する重合単位を含む、コアポリマーと、
(ii)少なくとも一種のシェルポリマーであって、
