Claims (3)
- 超音波振動又は音波振動を利用して接合対象体を接合する接合用共振器又は接合用受け治具であって、前記接合用共振器又は接合用受け治具の少なくとも一方における接合対象体の側の先端部が外面に角張ったシャープエッジの存在しない複数個の突起部を前記接合用共振器と前記接合用受け治具との対向する方向に2段以上に積み重ねかつ前記接合対象体の側の突起部を前記接合用共振器の側又は接合用受け治具の側の突起部よりも小さい形状とした構成になったことを特徴とする接合用共振器又は接合用受け治具。
- 前記接合対象体の側の突起部の根元部が外側から前記接合用共振器の側又は前記接合用受け治具の側に窪む凹弧状面部になったことを特徴とする請求項1記載の接合用共振器又は接合用受け治具。
- 前記接合用共振器の側又は前記接合用受け治具の側の突起部の根元部が外側から前記接合用共振器の側又は前記接合用受け治具の側に窪む凹弧状面部になったことを特徴とする請求項1記載の接合用共振器又は接合用受け治具。
