Description
前記通電部材は、架設部に連なるアース部を有しているとよい。通電部材がアース部を有することで、電流をグランドに落とすことができ、専用のアース部を設ける必要がない。その結果、部品点数を削減することができる。
以下、実施例1を図1〜図4に基づいて説明する。図1に示すように、実施例1に係る端子金具Tは、内導体11、外導体12、誘電体13及びカバー部材14を一体的に組み付けた端子本体10と、通電部材60とを備えている。図示しないが、端子本体10は、シールド電線Wの端末部に接続され、コネクタCのハウジング80に収容される。通電部材60は、同じくハウジング80に収容され、外導体12に電気的に接触する。
組み付けに際し、図1に示すように、端子収容部84のキャビティ83に後方から端子本体10が挿入されて保持される。筒部19の後端部、連結部21、シールド圧着部22及びシース圧着部23は、いずれも連通孔88に臨むように配置される。
以下、他の実施例を簡単に説明する。
(1)本発明は、連結部の底部に開口部が設けられていない場合にも適用可能である。この場合においても、連結部は筒部とシールド圧着部との間に凹状の段差を構成するため、通電部材の架設部によってシールド電流の円滑な流れを確保できるメリットは大きい。
(2)内導体は、相手接続部が相手側のタブに弾性的に接触可能な雌型端子であってもよい。内導体が雌型端子であれば、ハウジングからフード部を省略することができる。
(3)通電部材は、必ずしもアース用の導電部を構成していないくてもよい。その場合、通電部材から下板部を省略することができる。
(4)端子本体からカバー部材を省略することができる。

Claims (2)
- 相手端子金具に接続される相手接続部、及びシールド電線の中心導体に圧着される中心導体圧着部を有する内導体と、
前記相手接続部を包囲する筒部、前記筒部の後方に位置して前記中心導体圧着部を内側に配する連結部、及び前記連結部の後方に位置して前記シールド電線のシールド層に圧着されるシールド圧着部を有する外導体と、
前後方向に延出し、前記連結部を跨いで前記筒部と前記シールド圧着部とに電気的に接触する架設部を有する通電部材と、を備え、
前記架設部は、板状をなし、前記筒部に接触する前側接触片と、前記前側接触片の後方に位置し、前記シールド圧着部に接触する後側接触片と、前記後側接触片の後方に位置する後部と、を有し、
前記後側接触片は、前記架設部において前後方向に延びる一対の切り込み間の舌片部分を曲げ起こしてなり、
前記通電部材は、前記架設部の前記後部に連なるアース部を有している端子金具。 - 請求項1に記載の端子金具が収容されるハウジングを備え、前記ハウジングの内部において、前記架設部が前記筒部と前記シールド圧着部とに電気的に接触するコネクタ。
