Claims (5)
- ハンドピース(16)と該ハンドピース(16)に取り付けられたプローブ又はホーン(12)とを含む手術器具(104)と、
前記プローブ又はホーン(12)に作用可能に接続された、超音波振動エネルギーの第1供給源(20)と、
前記プローブ又はホーン(12)の遠位端(18)が接触した手術部位で患者の有機組織に電流を送るようにして前記手術器具(104)に作用可能に接続された、電流の第2供給源(22)と、
を含む手術器具アセンブリであって、
前記手術器具(104)を介して前記手術部位の吸引を行うために前記手術器具(104)に接続された、負圧の第3供給源と、
前記手術部位から所望の距離を離れて前記患者と接触して配置可能な電位センサ(102)と、
前記プローブ又はホーンの振動及び行われる吸引の程度の少なくとも一方の出力を減衰させるための手段(26、28)と
を含み、前記センサ(102)は、所定の大きさの検出された電位に応答して前記第1供給源(20)及び前記第3の供給源(108)の出力を自動的に減衰させるために、前記第1供給源(20)及び前記第3の供給源(108)に作用可能に接続されることを特徴とする、手術器具アセンブリ。 - 前記出力の減衰は、前記センサ(102)によって検出される電位の大きさに応じて変えられることができる、請求項1に記載の手術器具アセンブリ。
- 前記センサ(102)は、前記患者の神経に近接する前記患者の組織表面に配置されるように構成された電極である、請求項1に記載の手術器具アセンブリ。
- 前記センサ(102)は、血管内に配置されるように構成された電極である、請求項1に記載の手術器具アセンブリ。
- 前記センサ(102)によって検出された電位の大きさに応じた前記出力の減衰の度合いを変えるために、手術者による調整を可能にする少なくとも1つの入力要素(36)が、前記第1供給源(20)及び前記第3の供給源(108)に作用可能に接続される、請求項1に記載の手術器具アセンブリ。
