Description
強度および延性が劣る鋼種や、強度は同等であるが延性が劣る鋼種や、延性は優れているが強度が劣る鋼種や、強度および延性の両方が同程度の鋼種がほとんどであり、本実施例より機械的特性(強度および延性)が低かった。すなわち、比較例はいずれも本実施例に比べて、高い強度と高い延性とのバランスに劣っていた。

- C:0.05質量%以上0.30質量%以下、Si:1.50質量%以下、Mn:0.1質量%以上2.0質量%以下、P:0.06質量%以下、S:0.005質量%以下、Ni:5.0質量%以上7.0質量%以下、Cr:15.0質量%以上19.0質量%以下、Mo:0質量%以上2.0質量%以下、Cu:0質量%以上2.0質量%以下およびN:0.05質量%以上0.30質量%以下を含有し、C含有量とN含有量との合計が0.20質量%以上で、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなり、
Md30=551−462(C+N)−9.2Si−8.1Mn−29(Ni+Cu)−13.7Cr−18.5Moで示すオーステナイト安定指標であるMd30の値が5以上30以下で、
SFE=2.2Ni+6Cu−1.1Cr−13Si−1.2Mn+32で示す積層欠陥エネルギー生成指標であるSFEの値が15以上25未満で、
δcal=−15−44.91C−0.88Mn−2.31Ni+2.20Cr−1.08Cu−28.8Nで示す1230℃で2時間加熱した後のδフェライト生成指標であるδcalの値が1.0以下で、
オーステナイト相および加工誘起マルテンサイト相の複相組織からなり、
0.2%耐力が1519N/mm2以上、かつ、伸びが7.3%以上の関係を満たす強度と延性とのバランスを有する
ことを特徴とするステンレス鋼。 - ばね用およびメタルガスケット用の少なくともいずれかである
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のステンレス鋼。
