Description

以下の表1に示されるMPHE、t−DCE及びHFCPの組成物の引火点を、ASTM D56−05(2010)のタグ密閉式試験機による引火点に関する標準試験法によって測定する。結果を以下に示すが、0.8重量%を超えるHFCPを含有する混合物は不燃性である。
表に示す三元混合物を作製し、エブリオメーター中で沸点を測定した。示されているように、95重量%のt−DCE、0〜1.8重量%のHFCP及び5重量%のMPHEをそれぞれ含有する各混合物は、共沸様挙動、すなわち、本組成範囲にわたって沸点は一定であることを示している。
以下の表3に示されるMPHE、t−DCE及びZ−1336mzzの組成物の引火点を、ASTM D56−05(2010)のタグ密閉式試験機による引火点に関する標準試験法によって測定する。結果を以下の表に列挙するが、0.5重量%を超えるZ−1336mzzを含有する混合物は、不燃性である。
表に示す三元混合物を作製し、エブリオメーター中で沸点を測定した。示されているように、95重量%のt−DCE、0〜2重量%のZ−1336mzz及び5重量%のMPHEをそれぞれ含有する各混合物は、共沸様挙動、すなわち、本組成範囲にわたって沸点は一定であることを示している。
以下の表5に示されるMPHE、t−DCE及びHFO 1438ezyの組成物の引火点を、ASTM D56−05(2010)のタグ密閉式試験機による引火点に関する標準試験法によって測定する。結果を以下の表に列挙するが、0.7重量%を超えるHFO 1438ezyを含有する混合物は、不燃性である。
以下の表6に示されるMPHE、t−DCE及びHFO 1438mzzの組成物の引火点を、ASTM D56−05(2010)のタグ密閉式試験機による引火点に関する標準試験法によって測定する。結果を以下の表に列挙するが、0.7重量%を超えるHFO 1438mzzを含有する混合物は、不燃性である。
以下の表7に示されるMPHE、t−DCE及びNovec 1230の組成物の引火点を、ASTM D56−05(2010)のタグ密閉式試験機による引火点に関する標準試験法によって測定する。結果を以下の表に列挙するが、0.5重量%を超えるNovec 1230を含有する混合物は、不燃性である。
以下の表8に示されるMPHE、t−DCE及びHFE−7100の組成物の引火点を、ASTM D56−05(2010)のタグ密閉式試験機による引火点に関する標準試験法によって測定する。結果を以下の表に列挙するが、0.6重量%を超えるHFE−7100を含有する混合物は、不燃性である。
以下の表9に示されるMPHE、t−DCE及びHFE−7200の組成物の引火点を、ASTM D56−05(2010)のタグ密閉式試験機による引火点に関する標準試験法によって測定する。結果を以下の表に列挙するが、0.7重量%を超えるHFE−7200を含有する混合物は、不燃性である。
以下の表10に示されるMPHE、t−DCE及びHFE−7000の組成物の引火点を、ASTM D56−05(2010)のタグ密閉式試験機による引火点に関する標準試験法によって測定する。結果を以下の表に列挙するが、0.7重量%を超えるHFE−7000を含有する混合物は、不燃性である。
以下の表11に示されるMPHE、t−DCE及びHFO E−1233zdの組成物の引火点を、ASTM D56−05(2010)のタグ密閉式試験機による引火点に関する標準試験法によって測定する。結果を以下の表に列挙するが、0.6重量%を超えるHFO E−1233zdを含有する混合物は、不燃性である。
Claims (6)
- 90〜99重量パーセントのtrans−1,2−ジクロロエチレン、0.1〜8重量パーセントのメチルペルフルオロヘプテンエーテル、及び、Z−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテン、1,3,4,4,4−ペンタフルオロ−3−トリフルオメチル−1−ブテン、1,1,1,4,4,5,5,5−オクタフルオロ−2−ペンテン、ペルフルオロブチルエチルエーテル、ペルフルオロイソプロピルメチルエーテル、ペルフルオロエチルイソプロピルケトン、ヘプタフルオロシクロペンタン、及びE−1,1,1−トリフルオロ−3−クロロ−2−プロペンからなる群から選択される、0.9〜2.0重量パーセントのフルオロカーボンを含む共沸様組成物であって、前記組成物は不燃性である組成物。
- 93〜97重量パーセントのtrans−1,2−ジクロロエチレン、3〜6重量パーセントのメチルペルフルオロヘプテンエーテル、及び、Z−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテン、1,3,4,4,4−ペンタフルオロ−3−トリフルオロメチル−1−ブテン、1,1,1,4,4,5,5,5−オクタフルオロ−2−ペンテン、ペルフルオロブチルエチルエーテル、ペルフルオロイソプロピルメチルエーテル、ペルフルオロエチルイソプロピルケトン、ヘプタフルオロシクロペンタン、及びE−1,1,1−トリフルオロ−3−クロロ−2−プロペンからなる群から選択される、0.9〜2.0重量パーセントのフルオロカーボンを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 95重量パーセントのtrans−1,2−ジクロロエチレン、4.0〜4.4重量パーセントのメチルペルフルオロヘプテンエーテル、及び、Z−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテン、1,3,4,4,4−ペンタフルオロ−3−トリフルオロメチル−1−ブテン、1,1,1,4,4,5,5,5−オクタフルオロ−2−ペンテン、ペルフルオロブチルエチルエーテル、ペルフルオロイソプロピルメチルエーテル、ペルフルオロエチルイソプロピルケトン、ヘプタフルオロシクロペンタン、及びE−1,1,1−トリフルオロ−3−クロロ−2−プロペンからなる群から選択される、0.9〜1.0重量パーセントのフルオロカーボンを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 物品の表面から残渣を除去する方法であって、
(a)前記表面を、90〜99重量パーセントのtrans−1,2−ジクロロエチレン、0.1〜8重量パーセントのメチルペルフルオロヘプテンエーテル、及び、Z−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテン、1,3,4,4,4−ペンタフルオロ−3−トリフルオロメチル−1−ブテン、1,1,1,4,4,5,5,5−オクタフルオロ−2−ペンテン、ペルフルオロブチルエチルエーテル、ペルフルオロイソプロピルメチルエーテル、ペルフルオロエチルイソプロピルケトン、ヘプタフルオロシクロペンタン、及びE−1,1,1−トリフルオロ−3−クロロ−2−プロペンからなる群から選択される、0.9〜2.0重量パーセントのフルオロカーボンを含む共沸様組成物に接触させる工程と、
(b)前記組成物から前記表面を回収する工程と、を含む、方法。 - 前記接触させる工程が、蒸気脱脂によって行われる、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記接触させる工程が、前記組成物で飽和した物体で前記表面を拭くことによって行われる、請求項4に記載の方法。
