Description
この発明では、前記コントローラは、車速が所定車速未満の場合、または前記ハイブリッド車両に要求される制動力を前記第1モードで充足することができる場合に、前記第1モードを設定するように構成されていてよい。
Claims (15)
- エンジンと、
電動機および発電機として機能できる第1回転機と、
前記エンジンから出力されたトルクを前記第1回転機側と出力部材側とに分割するとともに、前記エンジンから出力されたトルクのうち前記出力部材側に伝達するトルクの割合が第1所定値となる第1モードと、前記割合が前記第1所定値よりも小さい第2所定値となる第2モードと、前記エンジンと前記出力部材とが所定の回転数比となる第3モードとの少なくとも三つの走行モードを設定可能な伝動機構と、
蓄電装置と、
前記第1回転機および前記蓄電装置に電気的に接続されかつ電動機および発電機として機能できる第2回転機と
を備えたハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記伝動機構を制御するコントローラを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記第2回転機を発電機として作動させることによる回生トルクを駆動輪に伝達する回生制御と、前記エンジンの動力損失に基づく制動トルクを前記出力部材に伝達するエンジンブレーキ制御とを実行可能に構成され、
前記エンジンブレーキ制御は、前記第1回転機を電動機または発電機として機能させて前記エンジンの回転数を所定の回転数に維持するように構成され、
前記蓄電装置に入力可能な電力が所定電力未満の場合に、前記第1モードを設定することを制限して前記第2モードと前記第3モードとのいずれか一方の走行モードを設定するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記エンジンブレーキ制御は、前記第1回転機を電動機として作動させることにより、前記エンジンの回転数を前記所定の回転数に維持するように構成され、
前記蓄電装置には、前記回生制御を実行することで前記第2回転機により発電される電力から、前記第1回転機により消費される電力を減算した電力が供給される
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記エンジンは、前記エンジンに外気を取り込む吸気管と、前記吸気管を流動する吸入空気量を制御できるスロットルバルブとを有し、
前記エンジンブレーキ制御は、前記エンジンへの燃料の供給を停止するとともに、前記スロットルバルブを制御することにより前記吸気管を流動する前記吸入空気量を低減させて前記制動トルクを発生させるように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記第1回転機により前記エンジンの回転数を上限回転数に維持するとともに、前記蓄電装置に入力可能な電力に基づいて前記第2回転機の回生トルクを制御することにより、車両が最大制動力を発生させるように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記所定電力は、前記第1モードを設定した場合における前記最大制動力が、前記第2モードを設定した場合における前記最大制動力よりも小さくなる電力値を含む
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記所定電力は、前記制動トルクが大きくなるに連れて小さい値に設定される
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記制動トルクは、前記エンジンの回転数が増大するに連れて大きくなるように構成され、
前記第1モードを設定した場合における前記エンジンの上限回転数は、前記第2モードを設定した場合における前記エンジンの上限回転数よりも低回転数になる
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 請求項7に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記エンジンの回転数を、前記第1モードを設定した場合における前記上限回転数に維持する際における前記第1回転機の発電電力が、前記第2モードを設定した場合における前記上限回転数に維持する際における前記第1回転機の発電電力よりも大きい
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 請求項7または8に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記伝動機構は、複数の回転部材を有し、
前記複数の回転部材のうちのいずれか一つの対象回転部材の許容回転数が高回転数になるに連れて、前記エンジンの上限回転数が高回転数になる
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 請求項9に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記許容回転数は、前記対象回転部材の温度が高温になるに連れて低回転数になり、前記対象回転部材に供給される潤滑媒体の量が多くなるに連れて高回転数になる
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし10のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
車速が所定車速以上の場合に、前記第1モードを設定することを制限して前記第2モードと前記第3モードとのいずれか一方の走行モードを設定するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし10のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
車速が所定車速未満の場合、または前記ハイブリッド車両に要求される制動力を前記第1モードで充足することができる場合に、前記第1モードを設定するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし12のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記第1モードを設定することが制限されている間に、前記蓄電装置に入力可能な上限電力を増大させる復帰制御を実行するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 請求項13に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記蓄電装置は、前記蓄電装置の温度が所定温度以上となることにより前記蓄電装置に入力できる電力が制限されるように構成され、
前記蓄電装置を冷却する冷却装置を備え、
前記復帰制御は、前記第1モードを設定することが制限していない場合と比較して、前記冷却装置における前記蓄電装置の冷却量を増加する制御を含む
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 請求項13または14に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記エンジンと前記第2回転機とから走行のための動力を出力して走行するHV走行モードと、前記エンジンから走行のための動力を出力せずに前記第2回転機から走行のための動力を出力して走行するEV走行モードとを選択可能に構成され、
要求される動力が所定動力以上の場合に、前記エンジンを始動するように構成され、
前記復帰制御は、前記第1モードを設定することが制限されていない場合と比較して、前記所定動力を大きくする制御を含む
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。
