Description
得られたゴム組成物のムーニー粘度をJIS K6300に準拠して、ムーニー粘度計にてL型ロータ(38.1mm径、5.5mm厚)を使用し、予熱時間1分、ロータの回転時間4分、100℃、2rpmの条件で測定した。尚、ムーニー粘度の測定は、混合直後と、湿熱オーブン(温度30℃、湿度80%)で168時間処理した後に行った。これら混合直後のムーニー粘度と湿熱処理後のムーニー粘度の差を算出し、経時の加工性の指標とした。得られた結果は、標準例1の値を100とする指数として、表1の「加工性」の欄に示した。この指数値が小さいほど経時での粘度の変化が小さく、経時での加工性が優れることを意味する。
得られた試験片をJIS K6394に準拠して、東洋精機製作所社製粘弾性スペクトロメーターを用いて、初期歪み10%、振幅±2%、周波数20Hzの条件で、温度0℃における損失正接tanδを測定した。得られた結果は、標準例1の値を100とする指数として、表1の「ウェットグリップ性」の欄に示した。この指数値が大きいほど0℃におけるtanδが大きく、タイヤにしたときウェットグリップ性に優れることを意味する。
得られた試験片をJIS K6394に準拠して、東洋精機製作所社製粘弾性スペクトロメーターを用いて、初期歪み10%、振幅±2%、周波数20Hzの条件で、温度60℃における損失正接tanδを測定した。得られた結果は、標準例1の値を100とする指数として、表1の「転がり抵抗」の欄に示した。この指数値が小さいほど発熱が小さく、転がり抵抗が小さく、燃費性能に優れることを意味する。

・SBR2:末端が未変性の乳化重合スチレンブタジエンゴム、日本ゼオン社製 NIPOL1739(スチレン含有量:39%、ゴム成分100質量部に対しオイル分37.5質量部を含む油展品)
・BR:ブタジエンゴム、タイシンセティック社製 UBEPOL BR150
・CB:カーボンブラック、THAI TOKAI CARBON社製 N‐134
・シリカ1:エボニック社製 ULTRASIL 7000GR(CTAB吸着比表面積:158m2 /g)

Claims (3)
- タイヤ周方向に延在して環状をなすトレッド部がトレッド用ゴム組成物で構成された空気入りタイヤであって、
前記トレッド用ゴム組成物が、末端が変性されているジエン系ゴムを30質量%〜90質量%含むジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、シリカ50質量部〜90質量部と、アルキルシランと、リチウム、ナトリウム、カリウムから選ばれるアルカリ金属元素を含む脂肪酸金属塩aと、該脂肪酸金属塩aと異なりカルシウム、マグネシウム、亜鉛から選ばれる金属を含む脂肪酸金属塩bと、脂肪酸エステルと、メルカプト基を含まない硫黄含有のシランカップリング剤とを配合し、前記脂肪酸金属塩aの配合量を前記シリカ量に対して0.3質量%〜6質量%、前記脂肪酸金属塩bの配合量を前記シリカ量に対して0.3質量%〜6質量%、前記シランカップリング剤の配合量を前記シリカ量に対して5質量%〜12質量%にしたことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記シリカのCTAB吸着比表面積が180m2 /g〜250m2 /gであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記トレッド部に、タイヤセンター領域からタイヤ幅方向外側に向かって間隔をおいて配置されたタイヤ周方向に延びる少なくとも3本の主溝(21,22,23)が形成され、前記主溝(21,22)によって区画されてタイヤ赤道上に位置するセンター陸部(31)と、タイヤ幅方向最外側に位置するショルダー陸部(33)と、前記センター陸部(31)と前記ショルダー陸部(33)との間に位置して前記主溝(22,23)によって区画された中間陸部(32)とを含み、前記センター陸部(31)が、タイヤ周方向に延在して前記主溝(21,22,23)よりも溝幅が小さい周方向細溝(41)と、タイヤ幅方向に延在して前記中間陸部(32)側の端部が前記主溝(22)に連通し、他方の端部が前記周方向細溝(41)に連通するセンターラグ溝(51)とを備え、前記中間陸部(32)が、タイヤ幅方向に延在して両端が前記主溝(22,23)に連通する中間ラグ溝(52)を備え、前記ショルダー陸部(33)が、タイヤ幅方向に延在して前記中間陸部(32)側の端部が主溝(23)に連通し、他方の端部が接地端に対して開口するショルダーラグ溝(53)を備え、前記センターラグ溝(51)と前記中間ラグ溝(52)と前記ショルダーラグ溝(53)とが接地端からタイヤ赤道側に向かって連続的に延在する一連の連通ラグ溝(50)を構成することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
