Description
Claims (10)
- 中空輪郭部(1)を有する、2つの対象物(5,50)の相対位置を測定するための長さ測定装置であって、前記中空輪郭部の内部空間内でスケールテープ(2)が長手方向(X)に延びるように緊張されており、該スケールテープ(2)の複数の端部に、前記スケールテープ(2)を固定するそれぞれ1つの取付ブロック(3)が設けられており、該取付ブロック(3)のうち少なくとも1つを第1の取付状態において長手方向(X)へ変位可能に前記中空輪郭部(1)に位置決めするための手段が設けられている、前記長さ測定装置において、
前記手段が、第1の位置から第2の位置へもたらすことが可能な、前記中空輪郭部(1)において可動に支持された作動手段(4.1,4.2,4.3)であり、前記取付ブロック(3)が、前記作動手段(4.1,4.2,4.3)の第1の位置において第1の取付状態にあり、前記取付ブロック(3)が、第2の位置への前記作動手段(4.1,4.2,4.3)の移動によって第2の取付状態へ移行可能であり、該第2の取付状態においては、前記取付ブロック(3)が、前記作動手段(4.1,4.2,4.3)によってあらかじめ設定された目標位置で前記中空輪郭部(1)に固定されていることを特徴とする長さ測定装置。 - 前記作動手段(4.1)が、前記中空輪郭部(1)内で回転可能に支持された部材であって、該部材の表面は、前記取付ブロック(3)が前記部材の第1の回転位置において第1の取付状態に位置決めされ、前記取付ブロック(3)が前記部材の表面によって目標位置で固定されることで前記取付ブロック(3)が前記部材の第2の回転位置において第2の取付状態に位置決めされるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の長さ測定装置。
- 回転可能な前記部材が偏心した表面を備えており、該表面によって、前記取付ブロック(3)が前記部材の回転によって前記第1の取付状態から前記第2の取付状態へ移行可能であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の長さ測定装置。
- 前記作動手段(4.2)が、前記中空輪郭部(1)内で旋回可能なレバーであり、該レバーの旋回によって、該レバーのストッパを前記取付ブロック(3)のストッパに接触させることができ、前記取付ブロック(3)が前記第2の取付状態へ移行可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の長さ測定装置。
- 前記作動手段(4.3)が、前記中空輪郭部(1)内で変位可能な、テーパ部を有する要素であり、該テーパ部は、前記取付ブロック(3)が前記要素の第1の位置において第1の取付状態に位置決めされており、前記取付ブロック(3)が当該テーパ部によって第2の取付状態へ移行可能であることで前記取付ブロック(3)が前記要素の第2の位置において第2の取付状態に位置決めされているように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の長さ測定装置。
- 前記取付ブロック(3)における前記スケールテープ(2)の得られた力−作用点と、前記作動手段(4.1,4.2,4.3)が第2の取付状態における前記取付ブロック(3)と接触する接触点(P)とが、長手方向(X)へ整向された平面(E)内に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の長さ測定装置。
- 前記取付ブロック(3)が複数のガイド面を備えており、該ガイド面が、前記中空輪郭部(1)の複数のアンダーカット(12,13)に係合しているとともに、該アンダーカットの内部で前記取付ブロック(3)を長手方向(X)において変位可能に位置決めしていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の長さ測定装置。
- 前記ガイド面が、長手方向(X)において互いに離間し、長手方向(X)へ向いた複数の突起部(35,36)に形成されており、該突起部のそれぞれが、前記中空輪郭部(1)の前記アンダーカット(12,13)のうち1つに係合していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の長さ測定装置。
- 前記取付ブロック(3)における前記スケールテープ(2)の得られた力−作用点と、前記作動手段(4.1,4.2,4.3)が第2の取付状態における前記取付ブロック(3)と接触する接触点(P)とが、長手方向(X)へ整向された平面(E)内に位置しており、前記ガイド面の重心が前記平面(E)内に位置していることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の長さ測定装置。
- 前記中空輪郭部(1)と前記取付ブロック(3)の間に弾性的なシール(7)が配置されており、該シールが、前記中空輪郭部(1)の開口部をシールしており、該開口部を通して前記取付ブロック(3)の連行部材(31)が突出し、該連行部材に前記スケールテープ(2)が固定されており、前記シール(7)が、前記開口部を包囲しているとともに、前記ガイド面を前記アンダーカット(12,13)のカウンタ面へ押し付ける力を前記取付ブロック(3)へ加えていることを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の長さ測定装置。
