Description
Claims (9)
- a)複数のセルが一定の間隔で成形された成形フィルムを製造するステップと、
b)前記成形フィルムの複数のセルが開放されるように、前記成形フィルムの下側に一端部が前記成形フィルムの一端部よりも長く延びる下側フィルムを接合するステップと、
c)前記成形フィルムの複数の前記セルの内部に流体を充填させるステップと、
d)前記成形フィルムの複数の前記セルを閉鎖させるステップと、
e)複数の前記セル上に上側フィルムを接合するステップとを含んでなることを特徴とする、包装シートの製造方法。 - f)複数の前記セルの閉鎖状態が解除され、複数の前記セルの内部から流体を漏出させるステップと、
g)前記成形フィルム、下側フィルム及び前記上側フィルムを巻取りローラの外面にロール状に巻き取るステップとをさらに含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の包装シートの製造方法。 - 前記a)ステップの成形フィルムが、外周面に前記セルと対応する形状の成形溝が一定の間隔で形成されたエンボスローラに熱可塑性合成樹脂を溶融押出して製造され、
前記b)ステップで、下側フィルムローラから繰り出される前記下側フィルムを前記エンボスローラに圧着する下側フィルム圧着ローラによって前記下側フィルムが前記成形フィルムに接合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の包装シートの製造方法。 - 前記a)ステップの成形フィルムが、外周面に前記セルと対応する形状の成形溝が一定の間隔で形成されたエンボスローラによって製造され、
前記b)ステップで、下側フィルムローラから繰り出される前記下側フィルムに接着剤を一定の間隔で塗布する接着剤塗布部と、前記下側フィルムローラから繰り出される前記下側フィルムを前記エンボスローラに圧着させる下側フィルム圧着ローラとによって、前記下側フィルムが前記成形フィルムに接合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の包装シートの製造方法。 - 前記b)ステップで、前記成形フィルムの複数のセルの一側または他側が開放されるか、或いは複数の前記セルの一側と他側の両方が開放され、
前記c)ステップで、複数の前記セルの内部に流体を注入する流体注入器によって複数の前記セルの内部に流体が一時的に充填されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の包装シートの製造方法。 - 前記d)ステップで、複数の前記セルの内部に流体が一時的に充填された状態で、複数の前記セルは複数の前記セルの一側または他側を圧着するか、或いは複数の前記セルの一側と他側の両方を圧着する圧着部を通過する場合に一時的に閉鎖されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の包装シートの製造方法。
- 前記d)ステップの圧着部は、複数の前記セルの一側または他側を複数の前記セルの内側に圧着、または複数の前記セルの一側と他側の両方を複数の前記セルの内側に圧着するエプロンコンベアからなることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の包装シートの製造方法。
- 前記e)ステップで、上側フィルムを製造するための溶融押出された熱可塑性合成樹脂を複数の前記セル上に圧着させる上側フィルム圧着ローラによって、複数の前記セル上に前記上側フィルムが接合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の包装シートの製造方法。
- 前記e)ステップで、上側フィルムローラから繰り出される前記上側フィルムに接着剤を一定の間隔で塗布する接着剤塗布部と、前記上側フィルムローラから繰り出される前記上側フィルムを複数の前記セル上に圧着させる上側フィルム圧着ローラとによって、複数の前記セル上に前記上側フィルムが接合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の包装シートの製造方法。
