Description
本発明の第2の態様によるホルダは、上記電池パックを構成するホルダ。
以下、図1〜図8を参照して、本発明にかかる電池パックの第1の実施の形態を説明する。
(1)電池モジュール1は、長手方向の一方に正極端子が備えられ長手方向の他方に負極端子が備えられる端子面、および端子面と隣接する一対の積層面を備える複数の電池セルを、端子面が同一の方向を向き正極端子と負極端子が交互に並ぶように積層面同士を対向させて積層してなる第一の電池群21および第二の電池群22と、第一の電池群21および第二の電池群22と電気的に接続される2種類以上の電装品が収納され、電池群の正極端子および負極端子が並ぶ面、すなわち図3および図5の手前の面に対向して配置されるホルダ41とを備える。
第一の電池群21および第二の電池群22を構成する電池セルの数は奇数でもよい。この場合は、群間バスバー24の長さが長くなる点のみが上述した実施の形態と異なる。この場合の群間バスバー24の長さは、たとえば電池セル215の正極端子と電池セル225の負極端子とを接続する長さである。
ホルダ41には、電圧検出用基板42、リレー43、およびヒューズ44の3つ全てではなくいずれか2つが備えられてもよい。またホルダ41にはプリチャージリレーがさらに備えられてもよい。

Claims (5)
- 長手方向の一方に正極端子が備えられ前記長手方向の他方に負極端子が備えられる端子面、および前記端子面と隣接する一対の積層面を備える複数の電池セルを、前記端子面が同一の方向を向き前記正極端子と前記負極端子が交互に並ぶように前記積層面同士を対向させて積層してなる電池群と、
前記電池群と電気的に接続される電圧検出用基板及びリレーが少なくとも収納され、前記電池群の前記正極端子および前記負極端子が並ぶ面に対向して配置されているホルダとを備え、
前記ホルダは負荷が接続される負荷側正極端子および負荷側負極端子を備え、前記ホルダ内の電気経路は、高電位側から順に、前記負荷側正極端子、前記リレー、前記電圧検出用基板、前記負荷側負極端子がそれぞれ並び、
長手方向の一方に正極端子が備えられ前記長手方向の他方に負極端子が備えられる端子面、および前記端子面と隣接する一対の積層面を備える複数の電池セルを、前記端子面が同一の方向を向き前記正極端子と前記負極端子が交互に並ぶように前記積層面同士を対向させて積層してなる電池群と、
前記電池群と電気的に接続されている2種類以上の電装品が収納され、前記電池群の前記正極端子および前記負極端子が並ぶ面に対向して配置されているホルダとを備え、
前記ホルダは負荷が接続される負荷側正極端子および負荷側負極端子を備え、
前記電池群は第一の電池群および第二の電池群から構成され、
前記第一の電池群および前記第二の電池群における、前記正極端子および前記負極端子の並びは同一であり、
前記第一の電池群および前記第二の電池群を構成するそれぞれの前記電池セルの数は偶数であり、
前記第一の電池群および前記第二の電池群における積層方向の一端の前記電池セル同士の隣接する前記正極端子と前記負極端子とを接続することにより前記第一の電池群および前記第二の電池群を電気的に直列に接続する群間バスバーと、
前記第一の電池群において、隣接する前記電池セルの前記正極端子および前記負極端子を接続し、前記第一の電池群を構成する前記電池セルを電気的に直列に接続する第一セル間バスバーと、
前記第二の電池群において、隣接する前記電池セルの前記正極端子および前記負極端子を接続し、前記第二の電池群を構成する前記電池セルを電気的に直列に接続する第二セル間バスバーと、
電気的に直列に接続された前記第一の電池群および前記第二の電池群において、最も高い電位を有する前記正極端子に接続されている接続正極バスバーと、
電気的に直列に接続された前記第一の電池群および前記第二の電池群において、最も低い電位を有する前記負極端子に接続されている接続負極バスバーとをさらに備え、
前記接続正極バスバーおよび前記接続負極バスバーは、前記ホルダに接続されている電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載の電池パックにおいて、
前記電装品には電圧検出用基板が含まれ、
前記電圧検出用基板はシャント抵抗を含み、
前記ホルダは、前記接続正極バスバーと電気的に接続されている電池側正極端子と、前記接続負極バスバーと電気的に接続されている電池側負極端子とをさらに備え、
前記電池側負極端子、前記シャント抵抗、および前記負荷側負極端子は、前記ホルダの端部から中心部に向かって前記負荷側負極端子、前記シャント抵抗、前記電池側負極端子の順に配置されている電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載の電池パックにおいて、
前記電装品には電圧検出用基板、およびヒューズが含まれ、
前記ホルダの前記長手方向の一方には前記ヒューズおよび前記負荷側正極端子が配置され、前記ホルダの前記長手方向の他方には前記電圧検出用基板および前記負荷側負極端子が配置されている電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載の電池パックにおいて、
前記ホルダにはさらにヒューズが収納される電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載の電池パックを構成するホルダ。
