Description
・上記被覆要素を用意し、化学元素の原子が装入された雰囲気を内包する気密チャンバ内に配置するステップ;
・例えばレーザ等の第1の集束熱源によって、上記被覆要素の上記表面を局所的に加熱することによって、上記チャンバの上記雰囲気に由来する上記原子を、上記表面が加熱された部位において、上記第1の材料の上記表面と局所的に結合させるステップ

・上記被覆要素を用意するステップ;
・上記被覆要素の上記表面に金属層を局所的に堆積させるステップ;
・上記被覆要素を、化学元素の原子が装入された雰囲気を内包する気密チャンバ内に配置して、上記被覆要素の上記表面を加熱することにより、上記チャンバの上記雰囲気に由来する上記原子を、上記金属堆積物によって被覆されなかった上記第1の材料の上記表面に結合させるステップ
を含む。
・上記被覆要素を用意するステップ;
・上記被覆要素を、化学元素の原子が装入された雰囲気を内包する気密チャンバ内に配置して、上記被覆要素の上記表面を加熱することにより、上記チャンバの上記雰囲気に由来する上記原子を、上記第1の材料の上記表面に結合させるステップ
を含み、上記プロセスは、上記被覆要素を処理することからなる上記ステップの前又は後に、上記被覆要素を構造形成して、上記被覆要素の表面上に起伏を形成できるようにするステップも含むことを特徴とする。
・上記被覆要素を用意するステップ;
・上記被覆要素の上記表面に、顔料を含む第2の材料を堆積させるステップ;
・上記被覆要素を加熱して、上記顔料を上記被覆要素の上記表面で溶融又は拡散させるステップ
を含む。
Claims (4)
- 携帯用物品(1)のための被覆要素(10)であって、
前記被覆要素はジルコニア製である、被覆要素において、
前記被覆要素は、炭化ジルコニウム又は窒化ジルコニウムのパターンを備えるジルコニア表面を有し、
前記表面は少なくとも1つの突出部分(17a)を備え、
前記表面は、炭化物又は窒化物に変換されるよう処理され、前記突出部分の前記変換を削除するために研磨される
ことを特徴とする、被覆要素。 - 請求項1に記載の被覆要素(10)を備える、携帯用物品。
- 前記携帯用物品は、裏蓋(22)及び風防ガラス(3)で閉鎖された、ベゼルを備えるミドルケース(21)によって形成されたケース(2)を備える、時計であり、前記携帯用物品はまた、制御手段(24、24’)と、文字盤と、2対の角状部によって前記ミドルケースに取り付けられた、クラスプを有する手首ストラップ(4)とを備えること、
前記被覆要素は、前記ミドルケース、前記ベゼル、前記文字盤、前記制御手段、前記裏蓋、前記手首ストラップ及び前記クラスプを含むリスト内に含まれるよう選択されること
を特徴とする、請求項2に記載の携帯用物品。 - ジルコニア製の携帯用物品のための被覆要素(10)を処理するプロセスであって、
前記プロセスは:
・前記被覆要素を用意するステップ;
・前記被覆要素を、化学元素の原子が装入された雰囲気を内包する気密チャンバ内に配置して、前記被覆要素の表面を加熱することにより、前記チャンバの前記雰囲気に由来する前記原子を、第1の材料の表面に結合させる、前記被覆要素(10)を処理するステップ
を含み、
前記プロセスは、炭化ジルコニウム又は窒化ジルコニウムのパターンを形成するために、前記被覆要素を構造形成するステップも含み、前記構造形成するステップは:
・前記被覆要素を処理する前記ステップの前又は後に、前記被覆要素の表面上に起伏(17)を形成すること
・前記被覆要素を処理する前記ステップの後に、ジルコニアの色を露出させて、炭化又は窒化した前記表面とのコントラストを生成すること
をできるようにすることも含み、
前記プロセスはまた、前記被覆要素を処理する前記ステップの前に前記被覆要素に起伏を形成することを実施する際に、前記ジルコニアの色を露出させることのために、前記被覆要素の、起伏を有する前記表面から突出した部分の炭化/窒化表面層を除去するための、前記被覆要素を処理する前記ステップの後に実施される研磨ステップを含む、処理プロセス。
