Description
(f)前記複数の第1繊維と前記複数の第2繊維とが40N以上の接着力で接着されている。
第1の網状構造体は、前記一軸延伸網状フィルムとしてのスプリットウェブと前記一軸延伸網状フィルムとしてのスリットウェブとが互いの延伸方向が略直交するように積層接着された積層不織布である。図2は、前記スプリットフィルムを示し、図3は、前記スリットウェブを示し、図3は、前記第1の網状構造体を示している。
第2の網状構造体は、スプリットウェブ31(図2)とスプリットウェブ31(図2)とが互いの延伸方向が略直交するように積層接着された積層不織布である。第2の網状構造体の目付、構成繊維のサイズ(厚さや幅)、引張強度などの各種の特性は、前記多層フィルムの前記第1熱可塑性樹脂層の厚さ、延伸の倍率、スプリットウェブ31における割繊箇所などを適宜調整することで制御可能である。なお、前記第2の網状構造体においては、一方のスプリットウェブ31を構成する繊維群、主に幹繊維31a群が前記複数の第1繊維に相当し、他方のスプリットウェブ31を構成する繊維群、主に幹繊維31a群が前記複数の第2繊維に相当する。
第3の網状構造体は、それぞれが軸方向に延伸されると共に前記第1方向に沿って配列された複数の延伸繊維からなる第1の延伸繊維群と、それぞれが軸方向に延伸されると共に前記第2方向に沿って配列された複数の延伸繊維からなる第2の延伸繊維群とが積層接着された積層不織布である。前記延伸繊維は、例えば前記多層フィルムと同様の構成の多層テープを長さ方向(縦方向)に一軸延伸することによって形成され得る。なお、前記第3の網状構造体においては、前記第1の延伸繊維群を構成する複数の延伸繊維が前記複数の第1繊維に相当し、前記第2の延伸繊維群を構成する複数の延伸繊維が前記複数の第2繊維に相当する。
第4の網状構造体は、前記第1の延伸繊維群を構成する複数の延伸繊維が経糸に、前記第2の延伸繊維群を構成する複数の延伸繊維が緯糸になるように、任意の織り方で織成され、その後、前記第1の延伸繊維群と前記第2の延伸繊維群とが接着等によって一体化された織布である。なお、前記第4の網状構造体においては、経糸に相当する前記第1の延伸繊維群を構成する複数の延伸繊維が前記複数の第1繊維に相当し、緯糸に相当する前記第2の延伸繊維群を構成する複数の延伸繊維が前記複数の第2繊維に相当する。
第5の網状構造体は、例えば、スプリットウェブ31(図2)と複数の延伸繊維からなる延伸繊維群とが積層接着された積層不織布である。前記第5の網状構造体は、例えばスプリットウェブ31と前記第2の延伸繊維群とが積層接着された二層構成、又は、スプリットウェブ31の両面に前記第2の延伸繊維群が積層接着された三層構成を有し得る。なお、前記第5の網状構造体においては、スプリットウェブ31を構成する繊維群、主に幹繊維31a群が前記複数の第1繊維に相当し、前記第2の延伸繊維群を構成する複数の延伸繊維が前記複数の第2繊維に相当する。
実施例1−4は、それぞれスプリットウェブ31とスプリットウェブ31とが互いの延伸方向が略直交するように積層接着された網状構造体(第2の網状構造体)である。スプリットウェブ31において、前記多層フィルムの主層である第1熱可塑性樹脂層には樹脂Aを用い、前記第1熱可塑樹脂層の両面に前記第2熱可塑性樹脂層(接着層)として樹脂Bを水冷インフレーション法により積層した。そして、スプリットウェブ31とスプリットウェブ31とを熱溶着によって接着して実施例1−4を得た。なお、スプリットウェブ31を作製する際の条件を適宜変更することによって、実施例1−4を特性の異なる網状構造体とした。
比較例1は、実施例1に対し、前記多層フィルムの前記第2熱可塑性樹脂層(接着層)として樹脂Bに代えて樹脂Cを用いたものである。比較例2は、スプリットウェブ31とスリットウェブ32とが互いの延伸方向が略直交するように積層接着された網状構造体(第1の網状構造体)である。スリットウェブ32において、前記多層フィルムの主層である第1熱可塑性樹脂層には樹脂Aを用い、前記第1熱可塑樹脂層の両面に前記第2熱可塑性樹脂層(接着層)として樹脂Cを水冷インフレーション法により積層した。そして、スプリットウェブ31とスリットウェブ32とを熱溶着によって接着して比較例2を得た。比較例3は、比較例2に対し、前記多層フィルムの前記第2熱可塑性樹脂層(接着層)として樹脂Cに代えて樹脂Bを用いたものである。比較例4は、実施例1−4と同様の網状構造体(第2の網状構造体)であり、スプリットウェブ31を作製する際の条件を適宜変更することによって、実施例1−4とは特性の異なる網状構造体とした。比較例5は、市販の網状構造体であり、前記第4の網状構造体と同様の構成を有するものである。

Claims (7)
- 熱可塑性樹脂製の網状構造体からなる基材と、前記基材層の一方の面側に設けられた粘着剤層とを含む粘着テープであって、
前記網状構造体は、前記粘着テープの長さ方向に対応する第1方向に延伸された複数の第1繊維と前記粘着テープの幅方向に対応する第2方向に延伸された複数の第2繊維とが積層又は織成された構成を有し、
(a)前記第1繊維の厚さが0.04mm以下、前記第1繊維の幅が0.6mm以下であり、
(b)前記第2繊維の厚さが前記第1の繊維の厚さよりも大きく、前記第2繊維の幅が前記第1の繊維の幅以上であり、
(c)前記網状構造体の前記第1方向における引張強度が130〜250N/50mmであり、
(d)カンチレバー法による前記網状構造体の前記第1方向における剛軟度が40〜80mmであり、
(e)カンチレバー法による前記網状構造体の前記第2方向における剛軟度が65〜95mmであり、
(f)前記複数の第1繊維と前記複数の第2繊維とが40N以上の接着力で接着されている、
粘着テープ。 - 前記第1繊維の単糸強度が5N以下である、請求項1に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記第1繊維及び前記第2繊維は、ポリオレフィン系樹脂からなる第1熱可塑性樹脂層と、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンからなる第2熱可塑性樹脂層とを含み、前記第2熱可塑性樹脂層を接着層として互いに接着されている、請求項1又は2に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンは、メタセロン触媒を用いて重合されたものである、請求項3に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンは、分子鎖中に長鎖分岐を有する、請求項3又は4に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記複数の第1繊維のそれぞれは、前記第1方向に一軸延伸された第1の一軸延伸網状フィルムを構成する繊維であり、
前記複数の第2繊維のそれぞれは、前記第2方向に一軸延伸された第2の一軸延伸網状フィルムを構成する繊維であり、
前記網状構造体は、前記第1の一軸延伸網状フィルムと前記第2の一軸延伸網状フィルムとが積層されて構成されている、
請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の粘着テープ。 - 熱可塑性樹脂製の網状構造体からなる粘着テープ用基材であって、
粘着テープの長さ方向に対応する第1方向に延伸された複数の第1繊維と前記粘着テープの幅方向に対応する第2方向に延伸された複数の第2繊維とが積層又は織成された構成を有し、
(a)前記第1繊維の厚さが0.04mm以下、前記第1繊維の幅が0.6mm以下であり、
(b)前記第2繊維の厚さが前記第1の繊維の厚さよりも大きく、前記第2繊維の幅が前記第1の繊維の幅以上であり、
(c)前記網状構造体の前記第1方向の引張強度が130〜250N/50mmであり、
(d)カンチレバー法による前記網状構造体の前記第1方向における剛軟度が40〜80mmであり、
(e)カンチレバー法による前記網状構造体の前記第2方向における剛軟度が65〜95mmであり、
(f)前記複数の第1繊維と前記複数の第2繊維とが40N以上の接着力で接着されている、
粘着テープ用基材。
