・BR:宇部興産(株)製「BR150B」
・カーボンブラック:東海カーボン(株)製「シーストKH(N339)」
・シリカ:東ソー・シリカ(株)製「ニップシールAQ」
・オイル:パラフィン系オイル、JX日鉱日石エネルギー(株)製「プロセスP200」
・シランカップリング剤:エボニック社製「Si69」
・吸油性ポリマー粒子:名東化製(株)製「アクアN−キャップ」(吸油量:1000ml/100g、Tg:−56℃、平均粒径:500μm)
・オイル−ポリマー複合体1:オイル(プロセスP200)100質量部と吸油性ポリマー粒子(アクアN−キャップ)25質量部を予め混ぜ合わせて、24時間放置したもの。混合は、オイルと吸油性ポリマー粒子を所定の容器に投入し、一般的なプロペラ型羽根撹拌機により撹拌することにより実施(回転数:60min-1、温度:50℃、時間:3min)。
・シリコーン樹脂粉末:モメンティブパフォーマンスマテリアルズジャパン合同会社製「トスパール2000B」(吸油量:16.1ml/100g)
・油ゲル化剤:N−ラウロイル−L−グルタミン酸−α,γ−ジ−n−ブチルアミド、味の素(株)製「コアギュランGP−1」
・ステアリン酸:花王(株)製「ルナックS−20」
・亜鉛華:三井金属鉱業(株)製「亜鉛華1号」
・ワックス:日本精鑞(株)製「OZOACE0355」
・老化防止剤:大内新興化学工業(株)製「ノクラック6C」
・加硫促進剤:大内新興化学工業(株)製「ノクセラーD」
・硫黄:鶴見化学工業(株)製「粉末硫黄」
Claims (4)
- ジエン系ゴムと、オイルと、繰り返し単位としてスチレン単位とエチレン単位を含有するコポリマーからなり吸油量が100〜1500ml/100gでありかつガラス転移温度が−70〜−50℃である吸油性ポリマー粒子とを配合してなり、吸油性ポリマー粒子の含有量がオイル100質量部に対して2.5〜60質量部である、タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 繰り返し単位としてスチレン単位とエチレン単位を含有するコポリマーからなり吸油量が100〜1500ml/100gでありかつガラス転移温度が−70〜−50℃である吸油性ポリマー粒子にオイルを吸収させたオイル−ポリマー複合体と、ジエン系ゴムとを配合してなり、ゴム組成物中に含まれるオイル100質量部に対する吸油性ポリマー粒子の含有量が2.5〜60質量部である、タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のゴム組成物からなるトレッドゴムを備えた空気入りタイヤ。
- 繰り返し単位としてスチレン単位とエチレン単位を含有するコポリマーからなり吸油量が100〜1500ml/100gでありかつガラス転移温度が−70〜−50℃である吸油性ポリマー粒子にオイルを吸収させてなるオイル−ポリマー複合体を、ジエン系ゴムと混合する、タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物の製造方法。
