Description
Claims (20)
- 命令を記憶する非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体であって、前記命令は、1つ又は複数のプロセッサによって実行される場合、前記1つ又は複数のプロセッサに、
計量化学署名に基づく健康状態の特定と関連し、分光器を用い被検体群に対して行われる較正に基づいて生成される第1分光分類モデルを受信させ、
ユーザに関する第1のセンサデータを含む、前記ユーザに関する1組の特性を取得させ、
前記第1分光分類モデル及び前記ユーザに関する前記1組の特性に基づいて第2分光分類モデルを生成させ、
第2分光分類モデルを利用して前記ユーザが消費する食品の栄養素含有量を決定させ、
前記ユーザに関する第2のセンサデータに基づいて前記第2分光分類モデルを定期的に更新させる、
1つ以上の命令を含む、媒体。 - 請求項1に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体において、
前記1つ又は複数のプロセッサに前記第2分光分類モデルを生成させる前記1つ又は複数の命令は、前記1つ又は複数のプロセッサに、前記第1分光分類モデルに対してサポートベクトルマシン分類最適化技術又はサポートベクトル回帰分類最適化技術を行わせ、前記第2分光分類モデルを生成させ、
前記1つ又は複数のプロセッサに前記第2分光分類モデルを周期的に更新させる前記1つ又は複数の命令は、前記第2分光分類モデルに対して前記サポートベクトルマシン分類最適化技術又は前記サポートベクトル回帰分類最適化技術を行い、前記第2分光分類モデルを更新させる、媒体。 - 請求項1に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体において、前記1つ又は複数の命令は、前記1つ又は複数のプロセッサによって実行される場合、前記1つ又は複数のプロセッサに更に、
前記計量化学署名を取得させ、
前記第2分光分類モデルに基づいて前記計量化学署名の分類を行わせ、
前記計量化学署名の前記分類の実行に基づいて前記健康状態を特定する情報を提供させ、
前記第2のセンサデータは前記計量化学署名を特定する情報を含み、
前記計量化学署名は別の分光器からのセンサデータに基づいて決定され、
前記分類は前記健康状態の特定と関連している、媒体。 - 請求項1に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体において、前記1つ又は複数のプロセッサに前記ユーザに関する前記1組の特性を取得させる前記1つ又は複数の命令は、前記1つ又は複数のプロセッサに、複数のセンサから前記第1のセンサデータを取得させ、
前記複数のセンサは、別の分光器、加速度計、心拍センサ、血圧センサ、血糖値センサ、発汗センサ、皮膚伝導センサ又は撮像センサのうちの少なくとも2つを含む、媒体。 - 請求項1に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体において、前記1つ又は複数の命令は、前記1つ又は複数のプロセッサによって実行される場合、前記1つ又は複数のプロセッサに更に前記第2分光分類モデル又は前記第2のセンサデータに関する情報を定期的に送信させ、前記第1分光分類モデルの更新を行わせる媒体。
- 請求項1に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体において、前記1つ又は複数の命令は、前記1つ又は複数のプロセッサによって実行される場合、前記1つ又は複数のプロセッサに、
別の分光器から前記計量化学署名を受信させ、
前記第2分光分類モデルに基づいて前記健康状態を決定させ、
前記ユーザの血糖値を特定する情報を提供させ、
別の分光器は前記分光器とは異なるものであり、
前記健康状態は前記ユーザの前記血糖値である、媒体。 - 請求項6に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体において、前記1つ又は複数の命令は、前記1つ又は複数のプロセッサによって実行される場合、更に、
前記分光器から前記ユーザの別の計量化学署名を受信し、
前記第2分光分類モデルに基づいて、前記健康状態と別の計量化学署名に関する別の健康状態との間の閾値の違いを検出し、
前記閾値の違いの検出に基づいてアラートを提供する、媒体。 - メモリと、
1つ又は複数のプロセッサであり、前記1つ又は複数のプロセッサは、
計量化学署名に基づく健康状態の特定と関連し、分光器を用い被検体群に対して行われる較正に基づいて生成される第1分光分類モデルを受信し、
ユーザに関する第1のセンサデータを含む、前記ユーザに関する1組の特性を取得し、
前記第1分光分類モデル及び前記ユーザに関する前記1組の特性に基づいて第2分光分類モデルを生成し、
第2分光分類モデルを利用して前記ユーザが消費する食品の栄養素含有量を決定し、
前記ユーザに関する第2のセンサデータに基づいて前記第2分光分類モデルを定期的に更新する、1つ又は複数のプロセッサと、を備えるデバイス。 - 請求項8に記載のデバイスにおいて、
前記1つ又は複数のプロセッサは、前記第2分光分類モデルを生成するときに、前記第1分光分類モデルに対してサポートベクトルマシン分類最適化技術又はサポートベクトル回帰分類最適化技術を行わせ、前記第2分光分類モデルを生成させ、
前記1つ又は複数のプロセッサは、前記第2分光分類モデルを周期的に更新するときに、前記第2分光分類モデルに対して前記サポートベクトルマシン分類最適化技術又は前記サポートベクトル回帰分類最適化技術を行い、前記第2分光分類モデルを更新させる、デバイス。 - 請求項8に記載のデバイスにおいて、前記1つ又は複数のプロセッサは更に、
前記計量化学署名を取得し、
前記第2分光分類モデルに基づいて前記計量化学署名の分類を行い、
前記計量化学署名の前記分類の実行に基づいて前記健康状態を特定する情報を提供し、
前記第2のセンサデータは前記計量化学署名を特定する情報を含み、
前記計量化学署名は別の分光器からのセンサデータに基づいて決定され、
前記分類は前記健康状態の特定と関連している、デバイス。 - 請求項8に記載のデバイスにおいて、前記1つ又は複数のプロセッサは、前記ユーザに関する前記1組の特性を取得するときに、複数のセンサから前記第1のセンサデータを取得し、
前記複数のセンサは、別の分光器、加速度計、心拍センサ、血圧センサ、血糖値センサ、発汗センサ、皮膚伝導センサ又は撮像センサのうちの少なくとも2つを含む、デバイス。 - 請求項8に記載のデバイスにおいて、前記1つ又は複数のプロセッサは更に、前記第2分光分類モデル又は前記第2のセンサデータに関する情報を定期的に送信し、前記第1分光分類モデルの更新を行う、デバイス。
- 請求項8に記載のデバイスにおいて、前記1つ又は複数のプロセッサは更に、
別の分光器から前記計量化学署名を受信し、
前記第2分光分類モデルに基づいて前記健康状態を決定し、
前記ユーザの血糖値を特定する情報を提供し、
別の分光器は前記分光器とは異なるものであり、
前記健康状態は前記ユーザの前記血糖値である、デバイス。 - 請求項13に記載のデバイスにおいて、前記1つ又は複数のプロセッサは、更に、
前記分光器から前記ユーザの別の計量化学署名を受信し、
前記第2分光分類モデルに基づいて、前記健康状態と別の計量化学署名に関する別の健康状態との間の閾値の違いを検出し、
前記閾値の違いの検出に基づいてアラートを提供する、デバイス。 - デバイスによって、計量化学署名に基づく健康状態の特定と関連し、分光器を用い被検体群に対して行われる較正に基づいて生成される第1分光分類モデルを受信するステップと、
前記デバイスによって、ユーザに関する第1のセンサデータを含む、前記ユーザに関する1組の特性を取得するステップと、
前記デバイスによって、前記第1分光分類モデル及び前記ユーザに関する前記1組の特性に基づいて第2分光分類モデルを生成するステップと、
前記デバイスによって、第2分光分類モデルを利用して前記ユーザが消費する食品の栄養素含有量を決定するステップと、
前記デバイスによって、前記ユーザに関する第2のセンサデータに基づいて前記第2分光分類モデルを定期的に更新するステップと、を含む、
方法。 - 請求項15に記載の方法において、
前記第2分光分類モデルを生成するステップは、前記第1分光分類モデルに対してサポートベクトルマシン分類最適化技術又はサポートベクトル回帰分類最適化技術を行い、前記第2分光分類モデルを生成することを含み、
前記第2分光分類モデルを周期的に更新するステップは、前記第2分光分類モデルに対して前記サポートベクトルマシン分類最適化技術又は前記サポートベクトル回帰分類最適化技術を行い、前記第2分光分類モデルを更新する、方法。 - 請求項15に記載の方法において、更に、
前記計量化学署名を取得するステップと、
前記第2分光分類モデルに基づいて前記計量化学署名の分類を行うステップと、
前記計量化学署名の前記分類の実行に基づいて前記健康状態を特定する情報を提供するステップと、
を含み、
前記第2のセンサデータは前記計量化学署名を特定する情報を含み、
前記計量化学署名は別の分光器からのセンサデータに基づいて決定され、
前記分類は前記健康状態の特定と関連している、方法。 - 請求項15に記載の方法において、前記ユーザに関する前記1組の特性を取得するステップは、複数のセンサから前記第1のセンサデータを取得することを含み、
前記複数のセンサは、別の分光器、加速度計、心拍センサ、血圧センサ、血糖値センサ、発汗センサ、皮膚伝導センサ又は撮像センサのうちの少なくとも2つを含む、方法。 - 請求項15に記載の方法において、更に前記第2分光分類モデル又は前記第2のセンサデータに関する情報を定期的に送信し、前記第1分光分類モデルの更新を行うステップとを含む、方法。

前記第2分光分類モデルに基づいて前記健康状態を決定するステップと、
前記ユーザの血糖値を特定する情報を提供するステップと、
