Description
Claims (4)
- 生体内へ導入される細長状の導入部材を挿通可能な挿通孔と、
その挿通孔の周面と前記導入部材との間の隙間を塞ぐ止血部材と、
前記挿通孔の一部である第1通路を構成し、前記止血部材が設けられたコネクタ本体部と、
前記挿通孔のうち前記第1通路とは異なる部分である第2通路を構成し、シースイントロデューサのハブに接続可能な接続管部と、を備え、
前記接続管部は、前記ハブの内部孔に基端側から挿入され、前記内部孔に設けられた止血弁を貫通した状態で前記ハブに接続可能であり、
前記コネクタ本体部と前記接続管部とは分離不能に構成されており、
前記接続管部に接続された前記ハブを内部に収容する収容筒部を備え、
前記収容筒部には、前記ハブに対する前記接続管部の接続に際し、前記ハブの外周面から突出する分岐管部を通過させる分岐管通路が形成されており、
前記分岐管通路は、その一部が、前記収容筒部の周方向に延びているとともに、前記接続管部に接続された前記ハブの分岐管部を入り込ませることで当該分岐管部と係合可能な係合通路部となっており、
前記収容筒部の内部には、前記収容筒部に収容された前記ハブの基端面に対向する対向部材が設けられており、
前記対向部材は、前記接続管部を挿通可能な孔部を有し、その孔部に挿通された前記接続管部に沿って移動可能とされており、
前記収容筒部の内部には、前記対向部材の基端側に付勢部材が設けられており、その付勢部材によって前記ハブが前記分岐管部を前記係合通路部に係合させた状態で前記対向部材を介して先端側に付勢されるようになっており、
前記対向部材は、前記ハブの基端面に対向して設けられる対向板部と、前記対向板部の基端面側に設けられた板状の弾性シール部とを有し、
前記弾性シール部は、前記孔部の一部を構成しており、
前記孔部のうち前記弾性シール部が構成する部分の内周面は、当該孔部に挿通された前記接続管部の外周面に密接されており、
前記弾性シール部は、前記付勢部材の付勢力により前記対向板部に押し付けられた状態で配置されていることを特徴とする止血用コネクタ。 - 前記コネクタ本体部の先端側に分離不能に取り付けられ、前記接続管部を有するハブ接続部を備え、
前記ハブ接続部は、前記コネクタ本体部に対して前記接続管部の軸線を中心として回転可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の止血用コネクタ。 - 前記コネクタ本体部は、Yコネクタを構成するための構成部材であるYコネクタ本体部からなり、
前記Yコネクタ本体部の先端部には、他の医療機器に接続可能な接続具であるローテータに代えて、前記接続管部を有するハブ接続部が分離不能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の止血用コネクタ。 - 前記接続管部は、その先端側の端面が先端側に向けて凸となる曲面状をなしていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の止血用コネクタ。
