Description
ヒ素を含むシールド泥水170gを用意し、これに抽出剤としての50%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を添加し、pHを9に調整した。その後、分級して泥水と砂とに分離した。砂をその質量と同量の64%硫酸水溶液(中和剤)で洗浄し、pHを7に調整した。その後、処理後の砂についてヒ素濃度を測定したところ、環境基準値の0.01mg/Lを下回る0.006mg/L未満の値であった。
中和剤の種類を二酸化炭素ガスに変更したこと以外は実施例1と同様にして実験を行った。処理後の砂のヒ素濃度は、0.006mg/L未満の値であった。
砂の洗浄において中和剤を使用しなかったこと以外は実施例1と同様にして実験を行った。処理後の砂のヒ素濃度は、0.013mg/Lであった。
中和剤としての50%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を使用しなかったこと、及び、砂の洗浄において中和剤を使用しなかったこと以外は実施例1と同様にして実験を行った。処理後の砂のヒ素濃度は、0.020mg/Lであった。
Claims (6)
- 重金属を含有する汚染土壌を浄化する重金属汚染土壌の処理方法であって、
前記汚染土壌と水とを含むスラリーを振動篩で分級し、前記スラリーから所定の粒径以上の第1の土を分離する第1の分級工程と、
前記第1の分級工程を経たスラリーを遠心分離機で分級し、前記スラリーから所定の粒径以上の第2の土を分離する第2の分級工程と、
前記第2の土を更に分級し、前記第2の土から所定の粒径以上の第3の土を分離する第3の分級工程と、
前記第2の分級工程を経た前記スラリーの少なくとも一部と、前記第3の分級工程において前記第3の土が分離された前記第2の土とを混合し、更に、これに鉄を含有する鉄含有粒子を混合してスラリーを調製する混合工程と、
前記混合工程において混合された鉄含有粒子を前記スラリーから磁気により分離して回収する磁気分離工程と、を有し、
前記第1の分級工程の前、前記第2の分級工程の前、又は、前記第2の分級工程の後において、前記スラリーに抽出剤を添加する第1の調整工程を有する、重金属汚染土壌の処理方法。 - 前記第3の分級工程において、前記第2の土に水を添加してスラリーを調製し、前記スラリーのpHを中性に近づけるように調整する第2の調整工程を有する、請求項1記載の重金属汚染土壌の処理方法。
- 前記混合工程において、前記スラリーのpHが低くなるように調整する第3の調整工程を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の重金属汚染土壌の処理方法。
- 前記磁気分離工程を経たスラリー、又は、前記第2の分級工程を経た前記スラリーを、新たに発生した汚染土壌と混合しながら前記第1の分級工程に返送する返送工程を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の重金属汚染土壌の処理方法。
- 前記磁気分離工程において回収された前記鉄含有粒子を、再度スラリーに混合して使用する再使用工程を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載の重金属汚染土壌の処理方法。
- 前記汚染土壌は、シールド工法による掘削工事の排出土である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載の重金属汚染土壌の処理方法。
