Description
図1は、実施の形態1による熱媒循環システム1を示す図である。図1に示すように、実施の形態1による熱媒循環システム1は、液状の熱媒を加熱するヒートポンプ装置11を備える。本発明において、熱媒は、水でもよいし、例えば、塩化カルシウム水溶液、エチレングリコール水溶液、アルコール、などの、水以外の液状の熱媒でもよい。

ここで、αは、熱媒の比熱及び密度に応じて定まる定数である。
ΔT=Tout−Tin=HP÷V×β
ここで、βは、熱媒の比熱及び密度に応じて定まる定数である。
次に、図3を参照して、実施の形態2について説明するが、前述した実施の形態1との相違点を中心に説明し、同一部分または相当部分については説明を簡略化または省略する。本実施の形態2の熱媒循環システム1のハードウェア構成は、図1に示す実施の形態1と同じであるので、説明を省略する。
Claims (9)
- 熱媒を加熱する加熱手段と、
暖房端末と前記加熱手段とを通る循環回路に前記熱媒を循環させるポンプと、
前記加熱手段で加熱された前記熱媒が前記暖房端末へ供給される暖房運転のときの暖房負荷を検出する負荷検出手段と、
前記加熱手段の加熱能力と、前記加熱手段を通過する前記熱媒の流量である循環流量とを調整する制御手段と、
を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記循環流量が第一流量に等しいときに検出された前記暖房負荷が、前記加熱手段の最小加熱能力とバランスがとれる負荷である最低負荷に比べて低い場合には、前記循環流量が前記第一流量よりも高くなるように前記循環流量を調整する熱媒循環システムにおいて、
前記制御手段に記憶された前記最低負荷の値を変更可能にする手段を備える熱媒循環システム。 - 前記制御手段は、前記循環流量が、設定された上限流量を超えないように制限する請求項1に記載の熱媒循環システム。
- 前記制御手段は、前記循環流量が前記第一流量よりも高くなった時点から、設定時間が経過したときに、前記循環流量を前記第一流量に戻すように前記循環流量を調整する請求項1または請求項2に記載の熱媒循環システム。
- 使用者が前記設定時間を変更可能にする手段を備える請求項3に記載の熱媒循環システム。
- 前記加熱手段は、冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機を有するヒートポンプ装置を備え、
前記最小加熱能力は、前記圧縮機の運転周波数が最低周波数となるときの前記加熱手段の加熱能力に相当する請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の熱媒循環システム。 - 前記循環流量が前記第一流量よりも高くなっているときに、前記循環流量が前記第一流量よりも高くなっていることを使用者に報知する手段を備える請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の熱媒循環システム。
- 前記暖房端末がある部屋の室温を検出する手段を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記循環流量が前記第一流量に等しいときに検出された前記暖房負荷が前記最低負荷に比べて低く、かつ、前記検出された室温が目標室温以上である場合には、前記加熱手段の運転を停止する請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の熱媒循環システム。 - 前記負荷検出手段は、前記加熱手段から前記暖房端末へ供給される前記熱媒の温度と、前記暖房端末から前記加熱手段に戻る前記熱媒の温度と、前記熱媒の流量とに基づいて、前記暖房負荷を検出する請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の熱媒循環システム。
- 前記加熱手段から流出する前記熱媒の温度である出口温度を検出する手段を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記暖房運転において、前記検出された出口温度が目標出口温度に等しくなるように前記加熱手段の加熱能力を調整する請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の熱媒循環システム。
