Description
Claims (11)
- 手術用器具であって、当該手術用器具は、
基端部及び先端部を含むシャフトと、
前記シャフトの前記先端部に結合されるエンドエフェクタと、
前記シャフトに沿って前記基端部から前記先端部まで延び、電気エネルギーを送達して前記エンドエフェクタにエネルギー供給するように構成された電気伝達導管と、
前記電気伝達導管を前記エンドエフェクタに電気的に結合するコネクタ組立体であって、前記エンドエフェクタは、前記コネクタ組立体に旋回可能に結合され、前記コネクタ組立体は、脚部を含む絶縁性のU字型本体と、前記脚部内に規定され、且つ前記電気伝達導管を受容するように構成されたキャビティとを含む、コネクタ組立体と、を有する、
手術用器具。 - 前記エンドエフェクタは、開口部を含み、
前記コネクタ組立体は、前記開口部内に受容される導電性接触部を含み、該導電性接触部は、前記開口部を取り囲む前記エンドエフェクタの一部に接触し、
前記導電性接触部は、その周りに前記エンドエフェクタが旋回する旋回面を含む、請求項1に記載の手術用器具。 - 前記エンドエフェクタは、前記シャフトの前記先端部に位置付けされたクレビスに結合され、
前記コネクタ組立体は、絶縁部材をさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の手術用器具。 - 前記コネクタ組立体の前記絶縁部材はピンを介して前記クレビスに結合される、請求項3に記載の手術用器具。
- 前記エンドエフェクタは、開口部を含み、
前記コネクタ組立体は、前記開口部内に受容される突起部を含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の手術用器具。 - 前記電気伝達導管は、第1の電気伝達導管であり、当該手術用器具は第2の電気伝達導管をさらに含み、
前記脚部は第1の脚部であり、
前記U字型本体は、前記第1の脚部と第2の脚部とを含み、
前記U字型本体の前記第2の脚部は、前記第2の電気伝達導管を受容するように構成されたキャビティを含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の手術用器具。 - 当該手術用器具は、前記エンドエフェクタと動作可能に結合される駆動要素をさらに有しており、
該駆動要素の一部は、前記U字型本体の前記第1の脚部と前記第2の脚部との間に規定されるギャップ内に位置する、請求項6に記載の手術用器具。 - 前記エンドエフェクタはクレビスを含み、
前記コネクタ組立体は、ピンを受容するように構成された管腔を含み、
前記ピンは、前記コネクタ組立体を前記クレビスに結合する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の手術用器具。 - 前記エンドエフェクタは、第1及び第2の顎部材を含み、
前記電気伝達導管は、第1の電気伝達導管と第2の電気伝達導管とを含み、
前記第1の顎部材は、前記コネクタ組立体の第1の導電性接触部によって前記第1の電気伝達導管に電気的に接続され、
前記第2の顎部材は、前記コネクタ組立体の第2の導電性接触部によって前記第2の電気伝達導管に電気的に接続される、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の手術用器具。 - 前記コネクタ組立体は、第1の突起部及び第2の突起部を含み、
前記第1の顎部材は、第1の突起部に旋回可能に結合され、
前記第2の顎部材は、第2の突起部に旋回可能に結合される、請求項9に記載の手術用器具。 - 前記コネクタ組立体は、前記コネクタ組立体に旋回可能に結合された前記第1の顎部材の少なくとも一部と前記コネクタ組立体に旋回可能に結合された前記第2の顎部材の少なくとも一部との間に位置付けされる、請求項9又は10に記載の手術用器具。
