前記少なくとも1つの入力は:
前記少なくとも1つの細長い作動部材に結合されるモータによって加えられるモータトルク、
前記モータの駆動シャフトの回転位置、及び
前記医療器具の前記先端の位置、を含み、
前記集中モデルは、
前記少なくとも1つの細長い作動部材を動作させるために使用される前記モータの質量、及び
前記医療器具のカテーテルボディの少なくとも一部の質量、を含む、
作動方法。 - 前記医療器具の前記先端への前記力はリアルタイムで決定される、
請求項1に記載の作動方法。 - 前記医療器具の前記先端への前記力が特定の値を超える場合に前記医療器具のオペレータに警告するステップをさらに含む、
請求項2に記載の作動方法。 - 前記処理システムが、光ファイバ形状センサで前記医療器具の前記先端の前記位置を決定するステップをさらに含む、

前記コンピュータシステムは、
前記医療器具の先端を動かすために使用される前記医療器具の細長い作動部材に結合されるモータから少なくとも1つの入力を受信し、
前記医療器具の前記先端の位置を示す少なくとも1つの入力を受信し、
前記モータからの前記少なくとも1つの入力及び前記先端の前記位置を示す前記少なくとも1つの入力を、前記医療器具の集中モデルに適用することによって、前記医療器具の前記先端に加えられる力を決定するように、構成され、
前記集中モデルは、
前記細長い作動部材に結合された前記モータの質量、及び
前記医療器具のカテーテルボディの少なくとも一部の質量、を含む、
処理システム。 - 前記医療器具の前記先端に加えられる前記力はリアルタイムで決定される、
請求項9に記載のシステム。 - 前記コンピュータシステムはさらに、前記医療器具の前記先端に加えられる前記力が特定の値を超える場合に前記システムに前記医療器具のオペレータを警告させるように構成される、
