Description
Claims (7)
- フロアパネルと、
前記フロアパネルに配置される電気機器と、
前記フロアパネルの下方に配置されるバッテリーパックと、
前記電気機器を前記フロアパネルに取り付けるブラケットと、を備え、
前記電気機器は、前記バッテリーパックよりも車幅方向外側に、前記バッテリーパックと高さ方向の位置を少なくとも一部重ねて、車幅方向に並んで配置され、
前記ブラケットは、衝突荷重の入力方向の車両外側よりも車両内側が上方へ位置付けられるように、前記電気機器の底部を前記フロアパネルに対して傾かせ、車幅方向内側で前記電気機器を前記フロアパネルに支持する内側ブラケットと、車幅方向外側で前記電気機器を前記フロアパネルに支持する外側ブラケットと、を有し、
前記内側ブラケットおよび前記外側ブラケットは、上下方向に対して前記フロアパネルと平行に、略同一高さで前記フロアパネルに固定され、
前記内側ブラケットは、上下方向に対して前記電気機器の底部からの高さが前記外側ブラケットよりも低い位置で前記電気機器に固定される
ことを特徴とする車体構造。 - 前記内側ブラケットおよび前記外側ブラケットは、いずれも第1のブラケットと第2のブラケットに分離可能に構成され、
前記第1のブラケットは、前記フロアパネルに固定され、
前記第2のブラケットは、前記電気機器に固定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車体構造。 - 前記第1のブラケットおよび前記第2のブラケットは、いずれも板状の部材であり、
前記第1のブラケットは、前記第2のブラケットよりも板厚が小さい
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車体構造。 - 前記第1のブラケットおよび前記第2のブラケットは、締結部材により互いに締結され
る板状の部材であり、前記締結部材が挿通される貫通孔をそれぞれ有し、
前記第1のブラケットには、前記貫通孔の周縁に脆弱部が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の車体構造。 - 車幅方向に対して前記電気機器と前記バッテリーパックの間に介在し、側面衝突時に前記電気機器の移動をガイドするガイドプレートを備え、
前記ガイドプレートは、下部から上部へ向かうに従って徐々に車幅方向内側へ傾斜したガイド部を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の車体構造。 - 前記ガイドプレートは、前記ガイド部の傾斜方向と直交する方向の両端に、車体側の部材に固定される固定部を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車体構造。 - 前記フロアパネルには、上下方向に対して高床の領域と低床の領域とを車幅方向に画する境界部が設けられ、
前記境界部は、前記ガイド部に沿って傾斜する
ことを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の車体構造。
