Claims (12)
- ユーザの痛みを監視するデバイスであって、
前記ユーザにより着用される加速度計センサからの加速度計信号を受信する受信ユニットであって、前記加速度計信号が、パルス信号の成分と呼吸信号の成分とを含む、受信ユニットと、
処理ユニットとを有し、前記処理ユニットが、
前記加速度計信号から前記パルス信号及び前記呼吸信号を得て、
前記パルス信号及び前記呼吸信号から前記呼吸信号を分離し、前記分離された呼吸信号に基づき前記パルス信号及び前記呼吸信号から前記呼吸信号を減算することにより、呼吸の影響をフィルタリングして前記パルス信号を得て、
前記パルス信号から得られるパルス変動性及び/又は前記パルス信号のパルス強度に基づき痛みの尺度を得るよう構成される、デバイス。 - 加速度計信号を測定する加速度計センサを更に有する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記処理ユニットが、前記加速度計信号からパルス信号及び呼吸信号を得るため、前記加速度計信号を周波数領域又は時間周波数領域に変換するよう更に構成される、請求項1又は2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記処理ユニットが、前記加速度計信号から前記パルス信号及び前記呼吸信号を得るため、前記加速度計信号における1つ又は複数のピークを検出するよう構成される、請求項1乃至3の任意の一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ユーザの追跡信号を提供するGPS追跡デバイスを更に有し、
前記処理ユニットが更に、
前記追跡信号及び前記加速度計信号に基づき前記ユーザの活動レベルを決定し、
追加的に前記ユーザの活動レベルに基づき前記尺度を得るよう構成される、請求項1乃至4の任意の一項に記載のデバイス。 - 前記処理ユニットが更に、
前記呼吸信号に基づき呼吸数及び/又は呼吸パターンを決定し、追加的に前記呼吸速度及び/又は前記呼吸パターンに基づき前記尺度を得るよう構成される、請求項1乃至5の任意の一項に記載のデバイス。 - 前記尺度を較正する較正ユニットを更に有する、請求項1乃至6の任意の一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記尺度を表示する出力ユニットを更に有する、請求項1乃至7の任意の一項に記載のデバイス。
- ユーザの痛みを監視する装置の作動方法において、処理ユニットが、
前記ユーザにより着用される加速度計センサから加速度計信号を受信するステップであって、前記加速度計信号が、パルス信号の成分と呼吸信号の成分とを含む、ステップと、
前記加速度計信号から前記パルス信号及び前記呼吸信号を得るステップと、
前記パルス信号及び前記呼吸信号から前記呼吸信号を分離し、前記分離された呼吸信号に基づき前記パルス信号及び前記呼吸信号から前記呼吸信号を減算することにより、呼吸の影響をフィルタリングして前記パルス信号を得るステップと、
前記パルス信号から得られるパルス変動性及び/又は前記パルス信号のパルス強度に基づき痛みの尺度を得るステップとを有する、方法。 - 前記加速度計信号から前記パルス信号及び前記呼吸信号を得るため、前記加速度計信号を記周波数領域又は時間−周波数領域に変換するステップを更に有する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記加速度計信号から前記パルス信号及び前記呼吸信号を得るため、前記加速度計信号における1つ又は複数のピークを検出するステップを更に有する、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- コンピュータに請求項9乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の方法のステップを実行させるためのコンピュータプログラム。
