Claims (7)
- 想定される水平面内の衝突方向に向いた配置面を有し、車体に対して固定されたベース部材と、
前記衝突方向において前記配置面の正面側に配置された高電圧部品と、
前記配置面の前記正面側に配置され、前記高電圧部品の側方において衝突対象物を支持して前記高電圧部品を保護する保護部材と、
を有し、
前記保護部材は、前記衝突方向において先端縁が前記高電圧部品よりも突出するように前記衝突方向に沿って配置される支持壁を有し、前記衝突方向における前記支持壁の寸法が、衝突時に当該支持壁が当接する前記ベース部材上の位置から前記高電圧部品の前記配置面から最も遠い部分の位置までの寸法よりも長い、
車載高電圧部品の保護構造。 - 請求項1に記載の車載高電圧部品の保護構造であって、前記保護部材が前記高電圧部品を挟んだ2箇所に配置されている、車載高電圧部品の保護構造。
- 請求項1または2に記載の車載高電圧部品の保護構造であって、
前記ベース部材は、鋳造品であり、前記配置面を規定する板状部分と、前記板状部分に立設された壁部分を有し、
前記支持壁の少なくとも一部は、前記ベース部材の前記壁部分の位置にそろえられて配置されている、
車載高電圧部品の保護構造。 - 請求項3に記載の車載高電圧部品の保護構造であって、前記ベース部材は、暖房用液媒体を加熱する加熱素子を収容したヒータケースであり、前記ベース部材の前記板状部分は前記ヒータケースの前記衝突方向に向いた面であり、前記ベース部材の前記壁部分は前記ヒータケースの側面である、車載高電圧部品の保護構造。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の車載高電圧部品の保護構造であって、前記保護部材は、一方の側面が前記支持壁となるように板金が曲げられて山形に形成され、かつ前記配置面に沿う方向に延びる畝状の部材である、車載高電圧部品の保護構造。
- 請求項5に記載の車載高電圧部品の保護構造であって、前記保護部材は、前記山形の他方の側面が前記高電圧部品をまたぐように配置されている、車載高電圧部品の保護構造。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の車載高電圧部品の保護構造であって、前記高電圧部品の前記正面側を覆うように配置されたカバー板を有し、前記保護部材は、前記カバー板に結合されている、車載高電圧部品の保護構造。
