Claims (15)
- 3次元の物体を付加製造する装置向けの粉末モジュール(1)であって、粉末チャンバ体積(7)を有する粉末チャンバ(6)と、運搬デバイス(9)とを備え、前記運搬デバイス(9)は、
− 前記粉末チャンバ(6)に対して第1の位置と、第2の位置との間で、運動軸に沿って可動に支持されている運搬ユニット(8)と、
− 前記運搬ユニット(8)を前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置との間又はその逆に動かすための駆動力を生成する駆動ユニット(10)と、
− 前記運搬ユニット(8)を前記駆動ユニット(10)に結合するための結合ユニット(11)であって、前記運搬ユニット(8)の前記第1の位置に対応する未延長状態と、前記運搬ユニット(8)の前記第2の位置に対応する延長状態との間で延長可能な結合ユニット(11)と、
− 前記結合ユニット(11)を取り囲む案内ユニット(12)であって、前記運搬ユニット(8)の前記第1の位置に対応する未延長状態と、前記運搬ユニット(8)の前記第2の位置に対応する延長状態との間で延長可能な案内ユニット(12)とを備える、粉末モジュール。 - 前記結合ユニット(11)は、前記結合ユニット(11)の前記未延長状態に対応する第1の配置と、前記結合ユニット(11)の前記延長状態に対応する第2の配置との間で、運動軸に沿って互いに対して可動に支持されている複数の結合セグメント(11a〜11c)を備える、請求項1に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 互いに対して可動に支持されている少なくとも2つの結合セグメント(11a〜11c)が、前記運動軸の方向に少なくとも部分的に重なる、請求項2に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 前記結合セグメント(11a〜11c)は、伸縮式の配置で配置される、請求項2又は3に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 前記案内ユニット(12)は、前記案内ユニット(12)の前記未延長状態に対応する第1の配置と、前記案内ユニット(12)の前記延長状態に対応する第2の配置との間で、運動軸に沿って互いに対して可動に支持されている複数の案内セグメント(12a〜12c)を備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の粉末モジュール。
- 互いに対して可動に支持されている少なくとも2つの案内セグメント(12a〜12c)が、前記運動軸の方向に少なくとも部分的に重なる、請求項5に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 前記案内セグメント(12a〜12c)は、伸縮式の配置で配置される、請求項5又は6に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 互いに対して可動に支持されている2つの案内セグメント(12a〜12c)間の間隙を封止する封止ユニット(14)を備え、前記封止ユニット(14)は、互いに対して可動に支持されている少なくとも2つの案内セグメント(12a〜12c)間に配置された少なくとも1つの封止要素(14a)を備える、請求項5〜7のいずれか一つに記載の粉末モジュール。
- 前記封止要素(14a)は、第1の案内セグメント(12a〜12c)の外壁部分と第2の案内セグメント(12a〜12c)の内壁部分との間に延びる封止リップを備える、請求項8に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 前記封止要素(14a)は、第1の案内セグメント(12a〜12c)の外壁部分と第2の案内セグメント(12a〜12c)の内壁部分との間に延びる封止ブラシを備える、請求項8に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 前記封止ユニットは、少なくとも2つの封止要素(14a)を備え、それによって第1又は第2の案内セグメント(12a〜12c)を備えた第1の封止要素が、第2の封止要素の突起を受け取るためのレセプタクルであり、第2又は第1の案内セグメント(12a〜12c)を備えた第2の封止要素が、それぞれのレセプタクル内に受け取られるためのそれぞれの突起である、請求項8〜10のいずれか一つに記載の粉末モジュール。
- 基準位置に対する前記運搬ユニット(8)の運動及び/又は位置を判定するための少なくとも1つの運動及び/又は位置判定デバイス(16)を備える、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の粉末モジュール。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の粉末モジュール(1)向けの運搬デバイス(9)。
- エネルギービーム(5)によって固化することができる造形材料(4)の層を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射及び固化することによって3次元の物体(3)を付加製造する装置(2)であって、請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の少なくとも1つの粉末モジュール(1)を備える装置。
- エネルギービーム(5)によって固化することができる造形材料(4)の層を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射及び固化することによって3次元の物体(3)を付加製造する方法であって、前記方法を実施するために、請求項14に記載の装置(2)が使用される、方法。
