Claims (11)
- 船体及び当該船体に適用されるように適応されたコーティング層を有する船舶への適用のために適応された抗生物付着システムを有する抗生物付着配置であって、前記抗生物付着システムは、光学媒体およびUV放射を提供するように構成された光源を有し、前記光源は少なくとも部分的に前記光学媒体に埋め込まれ、前記光学媒体は光に対して透過性であり、前記光学媒体は、放射エスケープ面および前記放射エスケープ面の反対側の第2光学媒体面を有する透過性光学媒体材料により構成され、前記光学媒体が前記コーティング層の少なくとも一部に隣り合って構成されるように適応され、前記第2光学媒体面が前記放射エスケープ面より前記船体の近くに構成されるように適応され、前記抗生物付着システムが、前記船体から離れる方向に前記放射エスケープ面から下流に前記UV放射を提供するように構成され、前記抗生物付着配置が、着色セグメントとUV反射セグメントとのパターンを有し、前記透過性光学媒体材料が前記パターンと前記放射エスケープ面との間に構成される、抗生物付着配置。
- 前記第2光学媒体面が、(i)前記着色セグメントを有するパターン化された着色層および(ii)前記UV反射セグメントを有するパターン化された反射層を有する、請求項1に記載の抗生物付着配置。
- 前記着色セグメントである第1セグメント、前記UV反射セグメントである第2セグメントおよび前記光源が、前記光源から隣り合う第2セグメントまでの第1の最小距離、および、前記光源から隣り合う第1セグメントまでの第2の最小距離を提供するように構成され、前記第1の最小距離が前記第2の最小距離よりも小さい、請求項1または請求項2に記載の抗生物付着配置。
- 前記パターンの前記UV反射セグメントが、1mm2から0.5m2の範囲から選択される面積を持つ、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の抗生物付着配置。
- 船体および請求項1に記載の抗生物付着配置を有する船舶であって、前記コーティング層が前記船体上にあり、前記光学媒体が、前記コーティング層の少なくとも一部に隣り合って構成され、前記第2光学媒体面が前記放射エスケープ面より前記船体の近くに構成される、船舶。
- 前記光学媒体を有する光学媒体ユニットを有し、
(i)前記コーティング層が連続した着色層を有し、前記コーティング層および前記光学媒体ユニットのうちの一方が、パターン化された反射層を有し、前記透過性光学媒体材料の少なくとも一部が前記パターン化された反射層と前記放射エスケープ面との間に構成され、前記連続した着色層および前記パターン化された反射層が、着色セグメントとUV反射セグメントとの前記パターンを提供するように構成されるか、または、
(ii)前記コーティング層が連続した反射層を有し、前記コーティング層および前記光学媒体ユニットのうちの一方が、パターン化された着色層を有し、前記透過性光学媒体材料の少なくとも一部が前記パターン化された着色層と前記放射エスケープ面との間に構成され、前記連続した反射層および前記パターン化された着色層が、着色セグメントとUV反射セグメントとの前記パターンを提供するように構成される、請求項5に記載の船舶。 - 前記光学媒体ユニットが前記パターン化された着色層または前記パターン化された反射層を有し、それらの層は前記第2光学媒体面に配置される、請求項6に記載の船舶。
- 前記光学媒体が、前記船体上の前記コーティング層の一部分に物理的に接触して構成され、前記船舶の前記一部分以外の外面が第1の色を有し、前記着色セグメントが第2の色を有し、前記第2の色が前記第1の色よりも強い色合いを有する、請求項6または請求項7に記載の船舶。

- 前記抗生物付着システムが、前記光学媒体および前記光学媒体に少なくとも部分的に囲まれて前記UV放射を提供するように構成された前記光源を有するUV放射素子を有し、前記着色セグメント、前記UV反射セグメントおよび前記光源が、前記光源から隣り合うUV反射セグメントまでの第1の最小距離、および、前記光源から隣り合う着色セグメントまでの第2の最小距離を提供するように構成され、前記第1の最小距離が前記第2の最小距離よりも小さい、請求項6から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の船舶。
- 船体とコーティング層を有する船舶のための、光学媒体からの強化された光抽出を提供し、前記光学媒体を通して所定の色合いで所望の色を知覚するための前記光学媒体の背後の着色セグメントとUV反射セグメントのディザ処理されたパターンの使用であって、前記光学媒体は光に対して透過性であり、前記光学媒体は、放射エスケープ面および前記放射エスケープ面の反対側の第2光学媒体面を有する透過性光学媒体材料により構成され、前記光学媒体が前記コーティング層の少なくとも一部に隣り合って構成され、前記第2光学媒体面が前記放射エスケープ面より前記船体の近くに構成される、使用。
