Description
DIN EN ISO 1133−1:2012−03に従って21.6kgの荷重下、190℃の温度で測定されたMFR21.6が0.5〜300g/10分である。
図1に示したように、2つの相互連結した反応ゾーンを有する流動床反応器及びマルチゾーン循環反応器(MZCR)のカスケードでポリエチレンを製造し、ここでMZCRの下降管は、反応ガス混合物中のオレフィンの合計に対する水素の比が異なる2つのサブゾーンを有する。
下降管23に供給されるための液体が図2に示したように、蒸溜塔62から生じたことを除いて、同一条件下で実施例1の重合を繰り返した。さらに、下降管23の下部における水素濃度を高めるために第2の投入点47に導入されたガス混合物は、蒸溜塔62の上部から来た。
下降管内の反応ガス混合物の組成を下降管の全長にわたって本質的に一定に維持させるために、再循環ガスを、ライン50を介して第2の投入点47に投入しなかったことを除いて、同一条件下で実施例1の重合を繰り返した。
下降管の下部における反応ガス混合物の組成を上昇管の反応ガス組成に適合させたことを除いて、同一条件下で実施例1の重合を繰り返した。
Claims (7)
- 反応器カスケードにおいて、重合触媒及び分子量調節剤としての水素の存在下で、1つ以上のオレフィンを重合させるステップを含むオレフィンポリマーの製造方法であって、
前記反応器カスケードは、気相重合反応器の上流側に、流動床反応器を含み、
前記気相重合反応器は、体積分率の比で表される、重合ゾーン内の反応ガス混合物中のオレフィンの合計に対する水素の比が異なる3つ以上の重合ゾーンを含み、
前記気相重合反応器は、マルチゾーン循環反応器であって、ここで1つの重合ゾーンが上昇管(riser)であり、ここで成長中のポリマー粒子が高速流動化または輸送条件下で上方に流れ、かつ他の重合ゾーンが下降管のサブゾーン(sub−zones)であり、ここで前記成長中のポリマー粒子が高密度化形態で下方に流れ、前記上昇管と下降管は相互連結され、前記上昇管を出たポリマー粒子は、前記下降管に入り、前記下降管を出たポリマー粒子は、前記上昇管に入り、したがって、前記上昇管と前記下降管を通ってポリマー粒子の循環を確立するマルチゾーン循環反応器であり、
かつ前記重合ゾーンの少なくとも2つは下降管のサブゾーンであり、かつ前記重合ゾーンの少なくとも1つは上昇管であり、
ここで、下降管の下部サブゾーンは、上昇管におけるオレフィンの合計に対する水素の比の2/3以下であり、かつ下降管の上部サブゾーンにおけるオレフィンの合計に対する水素の比よりも少なくとも1.5倍高い、オレフィンの合計に対する水素の比を有する、オレフィンポリマーの製造方法。 - 液体形態のバリア流体が下降管の上部に供給される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記バリア流体は、再循環ガス流の一部を蒸溜塔に供給し、前記蒸溜塔の底部からバリア流体を引き出すことによって得られる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 下降管のサブゾーンにおけるオレフィンの合計に対する水素の比の差は、下降管のサブゾーンの少なくとも1つに再循環ガス流の一部を供給することによって得られる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記重合触媒は、チーグラーまたはチーグラーナッタ触媒である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
