Description
前記抵抗体(10)を挟んで当該抵抗体(10)に一体的に形成された一対の母材(11)と、
前記母材(11)夫々に、前記抵抗体(10)から離間した位置に形成された凹孔(11a,第1凹孔11a1,第2凹孔11a2)と、
前記凹孔(11a,第1凹孔11a1,第2凹孔11a2)内に挿入され、前記母材(11)上に固定される測定端子(12)と、を有し、
前記測定端子(12)は、
軸部(12a)と、
前記軸部(12a)の周方向外側に向かって突出する鍔部(12b)と、を有し、
前記凹孔(11a,第1凹孔11a1,第2凹孔11a2)は、前記母材(11)夫々に、1つ設けられると共に、前記母材(11)の厚み方向に向かって、該母材(11)を貫通しないように形成され、
前記測定端子(12)は、前記凹孔(11a,第1凹孔11a1,第2凹孔11a2)の底面と前記軸部(12a)の底面とを対向させて該軸部(12a)が立設されるように該凹孔(11a,第1凹孔11a1,第2凹孔11a2)内に挿入され、もって、前記母材(11)上に固定されてなることを特徴としている。
該凹孔(11a)内には、前記軸部(12a)が挿入されてなることを特徴としている。
前記第1凹孔(11a1)内には、前記軸部(12a)が挿入され、
前記第2凹孔(11a2)内には、前記鍔部(12b)が挿入されてなることを特徴としている。

Claims (7)
- 抵抗体と、
前記抵抗体を挟んで当該抵抗体に一体的に形成された一対の母材と、
前記母材夫々に、前記抵抗体から離間した位置に形成された凹孔と、
前記凹孔内に挿入され、前記母材上に固定される測定端子と、を有し、
前記測定端子は、
軸部と、
前記軸部の周方向外側に向かって突出する鍔部と、を有し、
前記凹孔は、前記母材夫々に、1つ設けられると共に、前記母材の厚み方向に向かって、該母材を貫通しないように形成され、
前記測定端子は、前記凹孔の底面と前記軸部の底面とを対向させて該軸部が立設されるように該凹孔内に挿入され、もって、前記母材上に固定されてなるシャント抵抗器。 - 前記凹孔は、前記鍔部の径よりも径小となるように形成され、
該凹孔内には、前記軸部が挿入されてなる請求項1に記載のシャント抵抗器。 - 前記凹孔は、少なくとも、前記鍔部の径よりも径小となる第1凹孔と、前記鍔部の径よりも径大となる第2凹孔とで形成され、
前記第1凹孔内には、前記軸部が挿入され、
前記第2凹孔内には、前記鍔部が挿入されてなる請求項1に記載のシャント抵抗器。 - 前記測定端子を前記母材上に固定するにあたって、前記鍔部の側周面を溶接してなる請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のシャント抵抗器。
- 前記測定端子は、前記抵抗体の近傍に配設されてなる請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載のシャント抵抗器。
- 前記測定端子の軸部の径は、前記母材の厚みに対し、1/2〜1/3である請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載のシャント抵抗器。
- 前記測定端子の鍔部は、複数設けられてなる請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載のシャント抵抗器。
