老化防止剤1:大内新興化学(株)製のノクラック6C(N−(1,3−ジメチルブチル)−N−フェニル−p−フェニレンジアミン、6PPD)
老化防止剤2:大内新興化学(株)製のノクラックRD(ポリ(2,2,4−トリメチル−1,2−ジヒドロキノリン))
ステアリン酸:日本油脂(株)製のステアリン酸「椿」
酸化亜鉛:ハクスイテック(株)製のジンコックスーパーF1(平均一次粒子径:100nm)
ワックス:大内新興化学工業(株)製のサンノックN
硫黄:軽井沢硫黄(株)製の粉末硫黄
加硫促進剤:大内新興化学(株)製のノクセラーCZ(N−シクロヘキシル−2−ベンゾチアジルスルフェンアミド)
十分に窒素置換した3Lの耐圧ステンレス容器にヘキサン1800g、ブタジエン150g、スチレン50g、およびTMEDA0.22mmolを投入した。次に、重合開始剤の失活に作用する不純物をあらかじめ無毒化させるためにスカベンジャーとして少量のn−ブチルリチウム/ヘキサン溶液を重合容器に投入した。更にn−ブチルリチウム/ヘキサン溶液(n−ブチルリチウムの含有量として1.17mmol)を加えた後、50℃で3時間重合反応を行った。3時間後、1Mイソプロパノール/ヘキサン溶液を1.15ml滴下し、反応を終了させた。次に重合液を24時間室温で蒸発させ、さらに80℃で24時間減圧乾燥し、SBRを得た。重合転化率はほぼ100%であった。得られた共重合体の分子量および分子量分布は、重量平均分子量19万(分子量分布1.12)であった。
表1〜3に示す配合内容に従い、上記各種薬品(硫黄および加硫促進剤を除く)を、神戸製鋼(株)製の1.7Lバンバリーミキサーにて混練りし、混練り物を得た(バンバリー工程)。得られた混練り物に、硫黄および加硫促進剤を添加し、オープンロールを用いて練り込み、未加硫ゴム組成物を得た(オープンロール工程)。得られた未加硫ゴム組成物をトレッドの形状に成形し、タイヤ成型機上で他のタイヤ部材とともに貼りあわせ、150℃の条件下で30分間加硫し、試験用タイヤ(タイヤサイズ:215/45R17)を得た。得られた試験用タイヤについて、下記評価を行った。結果を表1〜3に示す。
バンバリー工程およびオープンロール工程における混練り物のローターやロールへの密着程度を以下の基準で評価した。
○:密着はほとんどなく、問題ない。
△:密着し「○」に比べてゴム排出に時間がかかる。
×:密着がひどく、「△」に比べてゴムの排出に時間がかかる。
各試験用タイヤを排気量2000ccの国産FR車に装着し、ドライアスファルト路面のテストコースにて10周の実車走行を行った。その際に2周目おける操舵時のコントロールの安定性をテストドライバーが評価し、比較例2を100として指数表示をした(初期グリップ性能指数)。数値が大きいほど初期グリップ性能が高いことを示す。
各試験用タイヤを排気量2000ccの国産FR車に装着し、ドライアスファルト路面のテストコースにて10周の実車走行を行った。その際における、ベストラップと最終ラップの操舵時のコントロールの安定性をテストドライバーが比較評価し、比較例2を100として指数表示をした(グリップ安定性指数)。数値が大きいほどドライ路面において、走行中のグリップ性能の低下が小さく、走行中の安定したグリップ性能が良好に得られることを示す。
各試験用タイヤを排気量2000ccの国産FR車に装着し、ドライアスファルト路面のテストコースにて実車走行を行った。その際におけるタイヤトレッドゴムの残溝量を計測し(新品時15mm)、それぞれ比較例2の残溝量を100として指数表示した(耐摩耗性指数)。数値が大きいほど、耐摩耗性が高いことを示す。
Claims (4)
- ジエン系ゴム成分、
ヘテロ原子を有するモノマー成分に由来する構成単位を含む炭化水素樹脂またはその水素添加物(極性樹脂A)、
ヘテロ原子を有するモノマー成分に由来する構成単位を含まない炭化水素樹脂またはその水素添加物(非極性樹脂B)、および
平均一次粒子径が20nm〜200nmの酸化亜鉛を含有し、
極性樹脂Aは、クマロンインデン樹脂、フェノール系樹脂、テルペンフェノール系樹脂または水添テルペンフェノール樹脂であり、非極性樹脂Bは、ポリテルペン樹脂、水添ポリテルペン樹脂、C9石油系樹脂、水添C9石油系樹脂または芳香族テルペン樹脂であり、
極性樹脂Aに対する非極性樹脂Bの含有量比(質量比)が、0.1〜50であるタイヤ用ゴム組成物。 - ジエン系ゴム成分100質量部に対する極性樹脂Aおよび非極性樹脂Bの合計含有量が1〜100質量部である請求項1記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- ジエン系ゴム成分が、スチレン−ブタジエン共重合体ゴムを含むジエン系ゴム成分である請求項1または2記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- ジエン系ゴム成分が、スチレン−ブタジエン共重合体ゴムのみからなるジエン系ゴム成分である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
