Description
Claims (9)
- 内部中空の円筒状のアウトシャフトからなる振動低減軸であって、
前記アウトシャフトは、
軸の長さ方向に互いに離間して配置される第1部材及び第2部材と、
前記第1部材及び前記第2部材の間に配置されるとともに振動低減機能を有し、前記第1部材と前記第2部材を軸方向に連結する多数の連結部材と、を含み、
前記各連結部材は、前記アウトシャフトの周方向において互いに離間して配置されることを特徴とする振動低減軸。 - 前記連結部材の一端は、前記第1部材または前記第2部材のいずれか一方に一体に結合され、
前記第1部材または前記第2部材の他方と前記連結部材の他端とを結合するダンピング素材を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の振動低減軸。 - 前記第1部材に一端が取り付けられ、他端には突起が形成された第1ストッパーと、
前記第2部材に一端が取り付けられ、他端には前記突起を収容する溝が形成された第2ストッパーと、を含み、
前記突起が前記溝に収容された状態で、前記第1ストッパーと前記第2ストッパーとが軸の長さ方向に離間していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の振動低減軸。 - 前記アウトシャフトの内部には、前記アウトシャフトの内径よりも小さい外径を有するインナーシャフトが配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の振動低減軸。
- 前記インナーシャフトの一端は前記第2部材に一体に固定され、他端は前記第1部材に接しないことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の振動低減軸。
- 前記インナーシャフトと前記アウトシャフトの間には軸受が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の振動低減軸。
- 前記軸受を収容するために、前記アウトシャフトの内周面と前記インナーシャフトの外周面には、それぞれ軸受収容溝が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の振動低減軸。
- 前記軸受収容溝は、前記軸受の軸方向のスリップを許容することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の振動低減軸。
- 前記アウトシャフトにはベベルギアが装着されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の振動低減軸。
