Description
一の電力系統の交流電力を直流電力に変換するコンバータと、当該直流電力を交流電力に逆変換するインバータと、前記コンバータと前記インバータの間に配された水素を封入した二次電池が設けられていて、前記インバータの交流電力を他の一の電力系統に送電可能にする。
フッ素ガス処理は、例えば、不活性ガスで希釈したフッ素ガスに、気密空間の中で不織布をさらすことにより不織布の繊維表面を親水化することができる。また、金属酸化物としては例えば、チタン酸化物、ジルコニウム酸化物、イットリウム酸化物、ハフニウム酸化物、酸化カルシウム、酸化マグネシウム、酸化スカンジウムなどが挙げられる。ジルコニア(ZrO2)もしくは酸化イットリウム(Y2O3)が好ましい。金属酸化物は親水性を有しており、かつ、水素により劣化しにくいから長期にわたって親水性を保持し、電解液のドライアウトを抑制することが可能である。
送電デマンド信号により二次電池26が放電して二次電池のSOCが下がれば、それに応じてコンバータ24からの直流電力で二次電池26が充電されることになる。すなわち、二次電池26はフローティング充電される。水素を封入した二次電池は、図1および図2を用いて説明したように、フローティング充電しても電池が劣化することがない。

Claims (13)
- 一の電力系統の交流電力を直流電力に変換するコンバータと、当該直流電力を交流電力に逆変換するインバータと、前記コンバータと前記インバータの間に水素を封入し水素を負極活物質とする二次電池が設けられていて、
前記二次電池は、端子電圧が充電電圧と等しくなり充電電流が流れなくなるまで充電することにより充電終了時の電圧と放電開始時の電圧が等しく、
前記インバータの交流電力を他の一の電力系統に送電可能にする直流電力連系方式。 - 前記他の一の電力系統の電圧が規定値より小さいとき、前記インバータの出力電力を増加させる請求項1に記載の直流電力連系方式。
- 前記他の一の電力系統の電圧の変化率が所定の値より大きいとき、前記インバータの出力電力を増加させる請求項1に記載の直流電力連系方式。
- 前記一の電力系統の周波数が規定の値より大きいとき前記二次電池に接続された定電圧電源の電圧を大きくする請求項1に記載の直流電力連系方式。
- 前記一の電力系統の周波数と前記規定の値との差に比例して前記定電圧電源の電圧を調整する請求項4に記載の直流電力連系方式。
- 前記他の一の電力系統の周波数が規定の値より小さいとき、前記インバータの出力電力を増加させる請求項1に記載の直流電力連系方式。
- 交流電力系統から直流電力変換装置を介して直流電力の供給を受ける直流電力系統が水素を封入し負極活物質が水素である二次電池を備えていて、

- 請求項9に記載の二次電池の正極が酸化金属を有している直流電力連系用の二次電池。
- 請求項10に記載の二次電池が密閉構造を有している直流電力連系用の二次電池。
- 請求項10に記載の二次電池の正極と負極の間に介在するセパレータが、ポリオレフィン系不織布を親水処理したものである直流電力連系用の二次電池。
- 前記セパレータが金属酸化物で被覆されている請求項12に記載の直流電力連系用の二次電池。
