Claims (4)
- 生体管腔内に挿入して画像を取得するための医療用デバイスであって、
画像を取得するための画像用ルーメンおよびガイドワイヤ用のガイドワイヤルーメンが先端側から基端側までダブルルーメン構造で形成され、基端部において前記画像用ルーメンが配置される第1シャフト基端部および前記ガイドワイヤルーメンが配置される第2シャフト基端部が分岐して形成されるシャフト本体部と、
先端部において前記画像用ルーメンおよび前記ガイドワイヤルーメンが合流する共通ルーメン構造が形成されるシャフト先端部と、
前記第1シャフト基端部に連結される第1ハブ部および前記第2シャフト基端部に連結される第2ハブ部を備えるハブと、
前記画像用ルーメン内で回転方向および軸線方向への移動が可能な駆動シャフトと、
前記駆動シャフトの先端に固定されて画像情報を取得可能な撮像部と、を有し、
前記シャフト本体部の軸線を基準線として、当該基準線に対する前記第1ハブ部の中心軸の傾きをθ1、前記基準線に対する前記第2ハブ部の中心軸の傾きをθ2とした場合に、
|θ1|>|θ2|
を満たす医療用デバイス。 - 前記ハブは、前記第1シャフト基端部、第2シャフト基端部、前記第1ハブ部および第2ハブ部を纏めて覆うハブ用ケーシングを更に有する請求項1に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記ハブ用ケーシングは、前記第1ハブ部および第2ハブ部の外周面を両側から挟むように割型構造で構成される請求項1または2に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記基準線に対する前記第1ハブ部の中心軸の傾きの方向は、前記基準線に対する前記第2ハブ部の中心軸の傾き方向と逆方向である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の医療用デバイス。
