Description
しかし、この文献の段落0027には次のように記載されている「潤滑剤はラジアル方向に、隙間4.3の中で内輪3.1の側面側に沿って中空空間4.4に入り込むが、その中空空間はシャフト1の外周に沿って延伸すると共に、加えて収容容積を増大するために螺旋形状空間4.41も含んでいる。それにより中空空間4.4は即ち、ラジアル方向で転がり軸受3の内輪3.1とシャフト1が境界となっている」。つまり、螺旋形状空間4.41は潤滑剤を滞留させる容積を増大するために形成されたものであり、予圧を低減するものではない。
(1) 本体とアキシアル方向に並んで配置された一対の軸受と、この軸受間に配置されたスペーサーと、回転軸とを有し、
前記スペーサーにより各軸受の外輪はアキシャル方向に応力が加えられて前記スペーサーと反対側のアキシャル方向にずれるように偏在しており、
前記本体と軸受との間には接着層が形成され、
前記本体の各軸受との接触面には、前記軸受の外輪と転動体との接触点からラジアル方向に延ばした線の前記軸受接触面との交点位置に所定のギャップを形成する応力緩和溝が形成されているエンコーダの軸受構造。
(2) 少なくとも本体と回転軸との熱膨張係数が異なる上記(1)のエンコーダの軸受構造。
(3) 前記接着層は、アクリル樹脂系の嫌気性接着剤により形成されている上記(1)または(2)のエンコーダの軸受構造。
(4) 前記応力緩和溝のアキシアル方向の幅は少なくとも軸受のアキシアル方向の幅の1/3以上であって、その一端は一対の軸受のアキシアル方向におけるスペーサー側の端部と同位置を最外部とし他端は前記一端側から軸受の1/2〜2/3までの間の距離に形成されている上記(1)〜(3)のいずれかのエンコーダの軸受構造。
(5)上記(1)〜(4)のいずれかのエンコーダの軸受構造を有するエンコーダ。

Claims (5)
- 本体とアキシアル方向に並んで配置された一対の軸受と、この軸受間に配置されたスペーサーと、回転軸とを有し、
前記スペーサーにより各軸受の外輪はアキシアル方向に応力が加えられて前記スペーサーと反対側のアキシアル方向にずれるように偏在しており、
前記本体と軸受との間には、嫌気性接着剤からなる接着層が、本体と各軸受とが直接には接触しないように10〜40μmの厚さで形成され、
前記本体の各軸受との接触面には、前記軸受の外輪と転動体との接触点からラジアル方向に延ばした線の前記軸受接触面との交点位置に0.1〜1.3mmの深さのギャップを形成する応力緩和溝が形成されている光学式エンコーダの軸受構造。 - 少なくとも本体と回転軸との熱膨張係数が異なる請求項1の光学式エンコーダの軸受構造。
- 前記嫌気性接着剤は、アクリル樹脂系の嫌気性接着剤である請求項1または2の光学式エンコーダの軸受構造。
- 前記応力緩和溝のアキシアル方向の幅は少なくとも軸受のアキシアル方向の幅の1/3以上であって、その一端は一対の軸受のアキシアル方向におけるスペーサー側の端部と同位置を最外部とし他端は前記一端側から軸受の1/2〜2/3までの間の距離に形成されている請求項1〜3のいずれかの光学式エンコーダの軸受構造。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかの光学式エンコーダの軸受構造を有する光学式エンコーダ。
