発泡部材を形成する方法であって、
ポリマー処理空間を備えるポリマー処理システムを準備することと、
未発泡混合物を作製するために前記ポリマー処理空間内でポリマー材料と発泡剤とを混合することと、
前記ポリマー処理空間に流体連通する少なくとも1つの拡張可能な成形型キャビティを有する成形型を準備することと、
前記ポリマー処理空間から前記拡張可能な成形型キャビティ内にポリマー材料と発泡剤の一定体積の前記混合物を射出することと、
発泡プリフォーム部材を形成するために前記成形型キャビティを拡張させることと、
前記発泡プリフォーム部材をプレス成形型キャビティに挿入することと、
単体の完成部材を形成するために前記プレス成形型キャビティ内で前記発泡プリフォーム部材をプレス形成することと
を含む、方法。
(項目2)
前記発泡プリフォーム部材を前記プレス成形型キャビティに挿入する前に、前記発泡プリフォーム部材の少なくとも一部分を、切断するか、バフ研磨するか、又はスカイビング加工することを更に含む、項目1に記載の方法。
(項目3)
前記ポリマー材料が熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含む、項目1に記載の方法。
(項目4)
前記プレス成形型キャビティが、前記発泡プリフォーム部材の前記溶融温度よりも低い温度に加熱される、項目1に記載の方法。
(項目5)
前記プレス成形型キャビティが、約155℃〜約160℃の温度に加熱される、項目4に記載の方法。
(項目6)
前記発泡プリフォーム部材のプレス成形が、前記プレス成形型キャビティの第2の壁部分に対する前記プレス成形型キャビティの第1の壁部分の横方向変位を含む、項目1に記載の方法。
(項目7)
前記横方向変位が、前記第2の壁部分に対する前記第1の壁部分の回転による、前記プレス成形型キャビティの前記第2の壁部分に対する前記プレス成形型キャビティの前記第1の壁部分の非対称な横方向変位を含む、項目6に記載の方法。
(項目8)
前記横方向変位が、機械的作動機構、空気圧作動機構、油圧作動機構、又は電磁作動機構のうちの少なくとも1つを通じて引き起こされる、項目6に記載の方法。
(項目9)
前記プレス成形型キャビティの前記第1の壁部分及び前記第2の壁部分の少なくとも一方が、湾曲壁部分を備える、項目6に記載の方法。
(項目10)
前記プレス成形型キャビティの少なくとも1つの壁の少なくとも一部分が、少なくとも1つの表面特徴部を備える、項目1に記載の方法。
(項目11)
前記プレス成形型キャビティの前記少なくとも1つの表面特徴部が、隆起特徴部及び凹状特徴部の少なくとも一方を含む、項目10に記載の方法。
(項目12)
前記拡張可能な成形型キャビティが、少なくとも1つの側面において厚さが変化する発泡プリフォーム部材を形成するような大きさ及び形状とされる、項目1に記載の方法。
(項目13)
前記拡張可能な成形型キャビティの少なくとも1つの壁の少なくとも一部分が、少なくとも1つの表面特徴部を備える、項目1に記載の方法。
(項目14)
前記拡張可能な成形型キャビティ内の前記少なくとも1つの表面特徴部が、隆起特徴部及び凹状特徴部の少なくとも一方を含む、項目13に記載の方法。
(項目15)
前記発泡プリフォーム部材と共に少なくとも1つの第2のプリフォーム部材を前記プレス成形型キャビティに挿入することと、
多要素からなる単体の完成部材を形成するために前記プレス成形型キャビティ内で前記発泡プリフォーム部材及び前記第2のプリフォーム部材をプレス成形することと
を更に含む、項目1に記載の方法。
(項目16)
前記第2のプリフォーム部材が、発泡要素及び未発泡要素の少なくとも一方を備える、項目15に記載の方法。
(項目17)
前記単体の完成部材が、履物製品用の中底又は外底の少なくとも一方を備える、項目1に記載の方法。
(項目18)
前記単体の完成部材が、履物製品の中底に組み込むための底要素を備える、項目1に記載の方法。
(項目19)
前記単体の完成部材が、第1の密度を備える第1の領域と、第2の密度を備える第2の領域とを備える、項目1に記載の方法。
(項目20)
項目1に記載の方法により形成された履物製品用の発泡要素。
Claims (18)
- 発泡部材を形成する方法であって、
ポリマー処理空間を備えるポリマー処理システムを準備することと、
未発泡混合物を作製するために前記ポリマー処理空間内でポリマー材料と発泡剤とを混合することと、
前記ポリマー処理空間に流体連通する少なくとも1つの拡張可能な成形型キャビティを有する成形型を準備することと、
前記ポリマー処理空間から前記拡張可能な成形型キャビティ内にポリマー材料と発泡剤との一定体積の前記未発泡混合物を射出することと、
発泡プリフォーム部材を形成するために前記拡張可能な成形型キャビティを拡張させることと、
前記発泡プリフォーム部材を、プレス成形型キャビティ部分およびプレス成形型壁部分を含むプレス成形型に挿入することであって、前記プレス成形型キャビティ部分は、前記プレス成形型壁部分に対向する壁と、少なくとも1つの内部側壁表面とを含み、前記少なくとも1つの内部側壁表面は、少なくとも1つの凹部を含む、ことと、
単体の完成部材を形成するために前記プレス成形型内で前記発泡プリフォーム部材をプレス形成することであって、前記単体の完成部材は、前記プレス成形型キャビティ部分の前記内部側壁表面の前記少なくとも1つの凹部と、形状において一致する少なくとも1つの延出部を含む少なくとも1つの側壁を含む、ことと
を含む、方法。 - 前記発泡プリフォーム部材を前記プレス成形型に挿入する前に、前記発泡プリフォーム部材の少なくとも一部分を、切断するか、バフ研磨するか、又はスカイビング加工することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー材料が熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プレス成形型が、前記発泡プリフォーム部材の溶融温度よりも低い温度に加熱される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プレス成形型が、155℃〜160℃の温度に加熱される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡プリフォーム部材のプレス成形が、前記プレス成形型キャビティ部分の前記壁に対する前記プレス成形型壁部分の横方向変位を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記横方向変位が、前記プレス成形型壁部分に対向する前記壁に対する前記プレス成形型壁部分の回転による、前記プレス成形型壁部分に対向する前記壁に対する前記プレス成形型壁部分の非対称な横方向変位を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記横方向変位が、機械的作動機構、空気圧作動機構、油圧作動機構、又は電磁作動機構のうちの少なくとも1つを通じて引き起こされる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記プレス成形型キャビティ部分の前記プレス成形型壁部分に対向する固定壁および内部側壁の少なくとも1つの少なくとも一部分が、少なくとも1つの表面特徴部を備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの表面特徴部が、シボ加工特徴部、隆起特徴部及び凹状特徴部の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記拡張可能な成形型キャビティが、少なくとも1つの側面において厚さが変化する発泡プリフォーム部材を形成するような大きさ及び形状とされる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記拡張可能な成形型キャビティの少なくとも1つの壁の少なくとも一部分が、少なくとも1つの表面特徴部を備え、前記表面特徴部が、シボ加工特徴部、隆起特徴部及び凹状特徴部からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡プリフォーム部材と共に少なくとも1つの第2のプリフォーム部材を前記プレス成形型に挿入することと、
多要素からなる単体の完成部材を形成するために前記プレス成形型内で前記発泡プリフォーム部材及び前記第2のプリフォーム部材をプレス成形することと
を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第2のプリフォーム部材が、発泡要素及び未発泡要素の少なくとも一方を備える、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記単体の完成部材が、履物製品用の中底又は外底の少なくとも一方を備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記単体の完成部材が、履物製品の中底に組み込むための底要素を備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記単体の完成部材が、第1の密度を備える第1の領域と、第2の密度を備える第2の領域とを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プレス成形型キャビティ部分の前記少なくとも1つの内部側壁表面の少なくとも一部分がシボ加工特徴部をさらに含み、前記プレス成形型内で前記発泡プリフォーム部材をプレス形成することが、前記プレス成形型キャビティ部分の前記内部側壁表面の前記シボ加工特徴部と一致するシボ加工を含む単体の完成部材の少なくとも1つの側壁を作製する、請求項1に記載の方法。
