Description
本願は、米国仮特許出願第61/271,457号(2009年9月25日出願)と関連し、および優先権を主張し、この出願は、その全体が本明細書に参照によって援用される。
本発明の実施形態は、手術中に使用される組織接近クリップに関する。具体的には、本発明の実施形態は、組織縁を相互に接近させて、手術中に作成された開口を閉じるために使用され得るクリップに関する。
Claims (9)
- 医療デバイスであって、
搬送部材であって、その遠位端部に第1のアームおよび第2のアームを有しており、第1のアームおよび第2のアームの各々が搬送部材の長手軸に向かってまたは該長手軸から離れるように移動可能であり、第1のアームが前記長手軸に対して第1の方向に移動することによって第1の組織縁を把持するように構成されており、第2のアームが前記長手軸に対して第2の方向に移動することによって第2の組織縁を把持するように構成されており、第2の方向が第1の方向の逆の方向である、搬送部材と、
前記搬送部材の遠位端部に位置決めされ、かつ、該搬送部材に対して遠位方向に移動可能である単一型クリップであって、前記搬送部材を近位方向に引くと、該搬送部材から解放されるように構成されている、単一型クリップと、を備えており、
前記単一型クリップが前記搬送部材から解放された後でも、前記第1のアームおよび第2のアームが該搬送部材に結合されたままである、デバイス。 - 前記単一型クリップが、歯を有する第1のジョーおよび歯を有する第2のジョーを備えており、前記単一型クリップが前記搬送部材の遠位端部にあるとき、前記第1のジョーおよび第2のジョーが、前記第1のアームおよび第2のアームの半径方向外側に配置される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記単一型クリップが、前記搬送部材の遠位端部にあるときに開放構成にあり、前記搬送部材から解放されると、前記単一型クリップが、開放構成にあるときよりも、前記第1のジョーの歯および第2のジョーの歯が前記単一型クリップの中央軸に接近する閉鎖構成にあるように構成されている、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の組織縁および第2の組織縁が前記単一型クリップの第1のジョーと第2のジョーとの間で互いに固定されるように構成されるとともに、前記単一型クリップが閉鎖構成となり前記搬送部材から分離される、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の方向が前記搬送部材の長手軸から離れる方向である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第2の方向が前記搬送部材の長手軸から離れる方向である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記搬送部材に位置決めされた複数の単一型クリップをさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記搬送部材がロッドを備えている、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記単一型クリップが貫通穴を有しており、この貫通穴を通って前記搬送部材の一部が配置されている、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
