Description
Claims (13)
- 動作中、第1のスペクトル分布の第1の光を発する複数の第1の光源と、
第1の光入射面を有する第1の導光体と
を含む発光装置であって、
前記第1の導光体は、前記第1の光入射面において前記第1のスペクトル分布の前記第1の光を受け取り、前記第1のスペクトル分布の前記第1の光の少なくとも一部を、第2のスペクトル分布の第2の光に変換し、前記第2の光を前記第1の光入射面に誘導し、
前記発光装置は、さらに、前記第1の光入射面から光を出射するための第1の光取り出し要素を含み、前記第1の光取り出し要素は、前記第1の光入射面が延在する面上の所定の位置において、前記第1の光入射面内又は上に配置され、
前記第1の光取り出し要素は、前記第1の光入射面の中心において、当該第1の光入射面内又は上に配置され、
前記第1の光取り出し要素の面積は、前記第1の光入射面の面積の1/2未満、前記第1の光入射面の面積の1/10未満、又は前記第1の光入射面の面積の1/100未満である、発光装置。 - 前記第1の光入射面は、周縁を有し、前記第1の光取り出し要素は、前記第1の光入射面の特定の位置に配置され、前記特定の位置は、前記周縁に対して垂直な距離であって、前記周縁に対して垂直な距離の全てに等しい重みが付与されている前記周縁に対して垂直な距離のいずれもが最大となる位置にある、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第1の導光体は、さらに、第2の面において前記第1のスペクトル分布の前記第1の光を受け取り、前記第2の面は、前記第1の光入射面に対して平行かつ反対側に延在する、請求項1又は2に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第1の光取り出し要素は、前記第1の光入射面の一部の粗面化、回折要素、屈折要素、反射要素、散乱要素、前記第1の光入射面内に設けられた凹部、前記第1の光入射面上に設けられた凸部、ルミネッセント要素、ピクセル化されたルミネッセント要素、及びこれらの組み合わせを含む群から選択される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第1の光入射面から光を出射するための前記第1の光取り出し要素は、異なる光学特性を有する少なくとも2つの領域を含み、前記少なくとも2つの領域は、前記第1の光入射面に対して平行な方向、又は前記第1の光入射面に対して実質的に垂直な方向に、互いに隣接して配置される、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 第2の面から光を出射するための1つの第2の光取り出し要素をさらに含み、前記第2の光取り出し要素は、前記第1の光取り出し要素と反対側の前記第1の導光体の前記第2の面内に又は上に配置され、前記第2の面は、前記第1の光入射面に対して平行かつ反対側に延在する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第1の導光体の1つ又は複数のさらなる面のうちの少なくとも1つの上に配置された第1の反射要素、
前記第1の光入射面に対して平行かつ反対側に延在する面に配置された第2の反射要素、及び
前記第1の光入射面の一部に配置された少なくとも1つの第3の反射要素
のうちの1つ又は複数をさらに含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。 - 動作中、第3のスペクトル分布の第3の光を発する複数の第2の光源と、
第2の光入射面を有する第2の導光体と
をさらに含み、
前記第2の導光体は、前記第2の光入射面において前記第3のスペクトル分布の前記第3の光を受け取り、前記第3のスペクトル分布の前記第3の光の少なくとも一部を第4のスペクトル分布の第4の光に変換し、前記第4の光を前記第2の光入射面に誘導し、
前記発光装置は、さらに、前記第2の光入射面から光を出射するための第3の光取り出し要素を含み、前記第3の光取り出し要素は、前記第2の光入射面が延在する面の所定の位置において、前記第2の光入射面内に又は上に配置される、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。 - 前記第3の光取り出し要素は、前記第2の光入射面が延在する面の中心において、前記第2の光入射面内に又は上に配置される、請求項8に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第2の光入射面は周縁を有し、前記第3の光取り出し要素は、前記第2の光入射面上の特定の位置に配置され、前記特定の位置は、前記周縁に対して垂直な距離であって、前記周縁に対して垂直な距離の全てに等しい重みが付与されている前記周縁に対して垂直な距離のいずれもが最大となる位置にある、請求項8又は9に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第1の導光体及び前記第2の導光体は、前記第1の光入射面の面及び前記第2の光入射面の面が互いに反対側を向くよう互いに対して配置される、請求項8乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第1の光取り出し要素及び前記第3の光取り出し要素は、前記第1及び第2の導光体の周りに少なくとも部分的に延在する1つの共通の光取り出し要素として設けられる、請求項8乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- デジタル投影、自動車照明、ステージライト、店舗用照明、家庭用照明、アクセント照明、スポットライト、劇場照明、光ファイバ照明、表示システム、警告灯システム、医療用照明アプリケーション、装飾照明アプリケーションのうちの1つ又は複数において使用される、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置を含むランプ、照明器具、又は照明システム。
