Description
Claims (20)
- 複数の層から構築されたドリル・ストリングのセグメントを組み立てるための方法であって、
前記セグメントの選択された長さに基づき複数の層を配列することを含み、各前記複数の層がその中に形成された開口部を含み、
前記方法は、さらに、アライメント機構上に各前記複数の層からの前記開口部を受容することと、
前記複数の層の移動を2以下の自由度へ制限することと、
前記複数の層を接合することと、
ことを含む、前記方法。 - 前記アライメント機構上で各前記複数の層内に形成された前記開口部を受容することは、予め選択された順序で前記複数の層を受容することを含む、請求項1による前記方法。
- 少なくとも1層で不具合が識別されると前記アライメント機構から前記少なくとも1層を除去することをさらに含む、請求項1による前記方法。
- 前記除去された少なくとも1層を少なくとも1層の交換層と交換することをさらに含み、各前記少なくとも1層の交換層は、前記アライメント機構上に受容される開口部を含む、請求項3による前記方法。
- 前記少なくとも1層の交換層が前記アライメント機構上に受容された後に、前記複数の層の接合が実行される、請求項4による前記方法。
- 前記複数の層のうちの選択された層は、ダウンホール器具内にキャビティを形成するために設けられたキャビティ開口部を含む、請求項1による前記方法。
- 前記キャビティ開口部は、前記セグメントの組み立て中にその中に構成要素を受容する、請求項6による前記方法。
- 前記複数の層は、電子ビーム溶接、レーザ焼結、及び接着剤結合のうちの少なくとも1つを使用して接合される、請求項1による前記方法。
- 複数の層から構築されたドリル・ストリングのセグメントを組み立てるための方法であって、

前記除去された少なくとも1層を少なくとも1層の交換層と交換することと、を含み、各前記少なくとも1層の交換層が前記アライメント機構上に受容される開口部を含み、
前記方法は、さらに、
前記複数の層、及び前記少なくとも1層の交換層を接合することを含む、
ことを含む、前記方法。 - 前記アライメント機構上で各前記複数の層内に形成された前記開口部を受容することは、予め選択された順序で前記複数の層を受容することを含む、請求項9による前記方法。
- 前記複数の層のうちの選択された層は、前記セグメント内にキャビティを形成するために設けられたキャビティ開口部を含む、請求項9による前記方法。
- 前記キャビティ開口部は、前記セグメントの組み立て中にその中に構成要素を受容する、請求項11による前記方法。
- 前記構成要素は、センサ、アンテナ、及び電気配線のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項12による前記方法。
- ドリル・ストリングのセグメントを形成するためのシステムであって、
中に形成された開口部を含む複数の層と、
前記複数の層の移動を2以下の自由度へ制限する、前記複数の層を受容するアライメント機構と、
前記複数の層を接合し、融着されたセグメントを形成するファスナーと、

前記システム。 - 前記アライメント機構は、予め選択された順序で前記複数の層を受容する、請求項14による前記システム。
- 前記アライメント機構は、少なくとも1層内で不具合が識別されると前記少なくとも1層の除去を可能にする、請求項14による前記システム。
- 前記アライメント機構は、少なくとも1層の交換層と前記少なくとも1層の交換を可能にし、前記少なくとも1層の各交換層は、前記アライメント機構上に受容される開口部を含む、請求項16による前記システム。
- 前記ファスナーは、電子ビーム溶接機、レーザ焼結機、及び接着剤ボンダーのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項17による前記システム。
- 前記複数の層のうちの選択された層は、前記セグメント内にキャビティを形成するように設けられたキャビティ開口部を含む、請求項14による前記システム。
- 前記キャビティ開口部は、その中に構成要素を受容する、請求項19による前記システム。
