Description
また、第1羽根と第2羽根とで回転速度を変えることができるので、例えば第1羽根が容器内の材料に流れを生じさせる役割とし、第2羽根が材料を混ぜ合わせる役割とするなど、それぞれの役割に応じた適度な回転速度とすることができ、材料を効果的に混ぜ合わせることができる。
そして、第2羽根の水平羽根部が容器内の材料に対して上方向の流れを生じさせ、第1羽根がこれと逆方向の下方向への流れを生じさせた場合には、材料同士がぶつかり合って、効果的に材料を混ぜ合わせることができる。一方、第1羽根が第2羽根の水平羽根部とともに上方向に流れを生じさせる場合には、容器内の材料に上方向の流れを与え、材料内の空気を効果的に脱気することができる。
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る懸濁体の製造装置の概略構成を示す正面図である。図2は、同斜視図である。図1、図2に示すように、電極懸濁体の製造装置1は、複数の電極材料を収納する容器2と、容器2内の中央において上下方向に延びる回転軸3と、一対の第1羽根4と、第2羽根5と、を主要な構成として備える。

次に、製造装置1の動作について、第1羽根4と第2羽根5の動きを中心に説明する。電極材料を混ぜ合わせる場合には、容器2に電極材料を入れた後、第1羽根4と第2羽根5とを作動させる。この時、第1羽根4を第2羽根5とは逆方向に回転させる。
以上のとおり、図面を参照しながら本発明の好適な実施形態を説明したが、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲内で、種々の追加、変更または削除が可能である。例えば、上記の実施形態では、鉛直羽根部5Aと水平羽根部5Bを2つ備える構成としているが、これらを4つ備える構成としてもよい(図6参照)。また、これらを1つや6つの構成としてもよい。また、上記の実施形態では一対の水平羽根部5Bが接続される中心軸部5Eを円柱状としているが、これに限られず、角柱状や板状の中心軸部としてもよく、一対の水平羽根部5Bが滑らかにつながる構成としてもよい。

Claims (11)
- 複数の材料を混ぜ合わせて懸濁体を製造する製造装置であって、
前記材料を収納する容器と、
前記容器内に回転可能に配置される第1羽根と、
前記第1羽根を囲むように回転可能に配置される第2羽根と、を備え、
前記第2羽根は、前記容器の半径方向に所定の幅を有し、上下方向に延びる鉛直羽根部と、前記鉛直羽根部の下端部に一端部が結合され、他端部が半径方向内方に延びる水平羽根部と、を備え、前記鉛直羽根部と前記容器の内側面との間に、所定のクリアランスを有し、
さらに、前記第1羽根を回転させる第1回転手段と、前記第2羽根を回転させる第2回転手段と、前記第1羽根を前記第2羽根よりも高速で回転させる回転駆動制御手段とを有し、
前記回転駆動制御手段は、前記材料を混ぜ合わせる場合は、前記第1羽根と前記第2羽根とを逆方向に回転させ、当該第1羽根が前記容器内の下方への流れを生じさせ、前記材料を脱気する場合は、前記第1羽根と前記第2羽根とを同一方向に回転させ、前記第1羽根が前記容器の上方への流れを生じさせ、さらに、前記第1羽根を600〜1800rpmの範囲で回転させ、前記第2羽根を3〜20rpmの範囲で回転させるものである、
ことを特徴とする、懸濁体の製造装置。 - 前記第2羽根は、
上部中央に、装置に取り付けるための取付部と、
前記取付部と前記鉛直羽根部とをつなぐ前記容器の半径方向にのびる接続部と、を備える、
請求項1に記載の懸濁体の製造装置。 - 前記第2羽根は、
前記接続部、前記鉛直羽根部、前記水平羽根部が、一対に構成され、
一対の前記接続部、前記鉛直羽根部、前記水平羽根部は、前記取付部を対象に配されている、
請求項2に記載の懸濁体の製造装置。 - 一対の前記接続部は、前記取付部を対象にして、それぞれ前記容器の半径方向にまっすぐのび、
前記接続部と前記鉛直羽根部とが滑らかにつながる、
請求項3に記載の懸濁体の製造装置。 - 前記第2羽根は、
一対の前記接続部、前記鉛直羽根部、前記水平羽根部を、2組備え、
各前記接続部、前記鉛直羽根部、前記水平羽根部が、前記取付部を中心に90度ずらして配されている、
請求項3又は4に記載の懸濁体の製造装置。 - 前記第2羽根は、前記水平羽根部が、前記鉛直羽根部に対し傾斜する傾斜面を有する、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の懸濁体の製造装置。 - 前記第2羽根は、前記水平羽根部が中央部に開口を有する、
請求項6に記載の懸濁体の製造装置。 - 前記第2羽根の前記水平羽根部は、前記容器内において、材料に上方への流れを生じさせるものである、
請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の懸濁体の製造装置。 - 前記第1羽根は、前記容器の鉛直方向に対し傾斜する傾斜面を有する、
請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の懸濁体の製造装置。 - 前記第1羽根は、前記容器内において、材料に上方または下方への流れを生じさせるものである、
