Claims (8)
- 電気モータ(M)の電磁式の保持ブレーキ(B)を解除するための駆動電圧(UB)と、当該開放された保持ブレーキ(B)を保持するための、この駆動電圧に比べて減少された保持電圧とを、前記保持ブレーキ(B)に供給するための切替え装置において、
前記駆動電圧(UB)が、上流側に配置された、モータ(M)と保持ブレーキ(B)とから分離されて配置された1つの制御装置(S)によって供給されていること、
前記切替え装置が、前記モータ(M)内に若しくは前記モータ(M)に又は前記保持ブレーキ(B)内に若しくは前記保持ブレーキ(B)に配置されていて、前記保持ブレーキ(B)の解除後に減少された電圧を、前記駆動電圧(UB)に左右されずに1つの一定値に調整するように設けられている1つの電圧レギュレータを有すること、
前記切替え装置は、1つの比較器(U1)を有し、この比較器(U1)は、1つの基準電圧(v2)を、前記保持ブレーキ(B)で取り出され、1つの分圧器(R4,R12)によって提供された電圧(v3)と比較し、パルス幅変調された信号(v4)をこの比較器(U1)の出力部で生成するように、前記比較器(U1)は設けられていて、1つのスイッチング素子(M1)が、前記パルス幅変調された信号(v4)によって制御可能であり、前記駆動電圧(UB)が、前記スイッチング素子(M1)によってパルス化されて前記保持ブレーキ(B)に印加可能である結果、前記保持電圧が、その平均値で発生すること、及び
1つのスタートコンデンサ(C8)が、十分に充電されているときに初めて、パルス幅変調された信号(v4)が、前記比較器(U1)の出力部に出力されるように、前記比較器(U1)が、前記取り出される電圧(v3)用の入力部で前記スタートコンデンサ(C8)に接続されていること、及び
前記切替え装置への前記駆動電圧(UB)の印加後にまず、全部の前記駆動電圧(UB)が、前記保持ブレーキ(B)に印加されていて、前記スタートコンデンサ(C8)の十分な充電までの期間が、前記保持ブレーキ(B)を解除するために十分であるように、このスタートコンデンサ(C8)は設計されていることを特徴とする切替え装置。 - 前記保持ブレーキ(B)で取り出される電圧(v3)は、1つの平滑コンデンサ(C1)によって三角波形電圧に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切替え装置。
- 前記比較器(U1)の出力が、前記基準電圧(v2)にフィードバックされていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の切替え装置。
- 前記基準電圧(v2)は、1つのツェナーダイオード(D6)によって前記駆動電圧(UB)から取り出されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の切替え装置。
- 駆動電圧(UB)が、前記切替え装置に印加されないときに、1つの放電ダイオード(D2)が、前記スタートコンデンサ(C8)を放電することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の切替え装置。
- 前記切替え装置は、基準電位として前記駆動電圧(UB)のより高い電位(24V)を使用すること、及び
前記スイッチング素子(M1)は、前記保持ブレーキ(B)の負の電極端子を前記駆動電圧(UB)の下電位(0V)に接続するnチャネルMOSFETとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の切替え装置。 - 駆動電圧(UB)が、前記切替え装置に印加されないときに、1つのフライホイールスイッチング素子(M4)が、前記保持ブレーキ(B)に通電するフライホイール電流を遮断することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の切替え装置。
- 1つのサプレッサダイオード(D4)が、前記フライホイールスイッチング素子(M4)に並列接続されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の切替え装置。
