Description

The present invention relates to a structure of a box for storing electric equipment.

Conventionally, in a box for storing electrical equipment for storing a distribution board, a space for storing a watt-hour meter and various electrical devices such as a breaker for the purpose of clarifying a boundary of responsibility between a power company and a power consumer. The space for accommodating the device is divided by an internal partition member or partition plate member. For example, Patent Literature 1 discloses an electric device storage box provided with doors that separately cover upper and lower spaces divided by a partition member.

Electrical equipment storage boxes are generally formed of metal materials, but for outdoor use environments where weather resistance to salt damage is required, for example, synthetic resin electrical equipment storage boxes such as FRP are widely used. (For example, see Patent Document 2).

However, when a single case having separate doors in two or more independent storage spaces is molded from resin, there has been a problem that a mold is large and costs are increased. Further, even when the housing is formed of metal, a large-sized press machine capable of handling a large-sized sheet metal is required.

Therefore, the present invention provides an electric device storage box having at least two or more independent storage spaces, and an electric device storage box that can be manufactured at low cost without requiring a large-sized mold. It is intended to provide.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems. An electric device storage box including at least two resin housings having an opening and a connecting member having a wiring insertion passage , wherein the housing Is provided with a box body, a door portion provided to be openable and closable on the front side of the box body, the upper plate of the box body is formed to be inclined downward from the front side to the rear side, The connection member is formed in a square frame shape, and the wall surfaces having the openings of the two housings are opposed to each other, and the two housings are connected to each other with the connection member interposed therebetween. The internal space communicates through the wiring passage.

According to this configuration, one closed space divided by the individual housings can be formed in the electric device storage box, and the electric devices installed in the respective housings are connected to each other through the cable insertion passage of the connecting member. Can be connected by. In addition, by molding each casing using the same mold, the casing can be manufactured at a low cost with a mold smaller than the conventional casing.

According to this configuration, it is also possible to make it difficult for water to accumulate on the upper plate of the box body when installed outdoors.

Further, in the electric device storage box, it is preferable that the connecting member is formed to be wider from the front side to the rear side.

According to this configuration, a portion where the housing and the connecting member are joined can be fixed in close contact with each other, so that waterproofness can be improved.

In the electric device storage box, the connecting member is formed in a square frame shape.

According to this configuration, the connecting member having the wiring insertion passage can be formed easily and lightly.

Further, in the electric equipment storage box, it is preferable that the two housings are vertically connected with the connecting member interposed therebetween, and that at least an upper portion of the lower housing be provided with an eave portion.

According to this configuration, since the eave portion is formed so as to cover the gap between the upper and lower housings, the connecting member is hardly seen from the front side. Therefore, it is possible to provide a box for storing an electric device which is excellent in aesthetic appearance.

According to the electrical equipment storage box of the present invention, since at least two resin housings are connected via the connection member having the wiring insertion passage, the housing including two or more independent storage spaces is provided. It can be manufactured inexpensively without requiring a large mold.
Also, one closed space divided by individual housings can be formed in the electric equipment storage box, and the electric equipment installed in each housing can be connected to each other by a cable passing through the wiring insertion passage of the connecting member. it can. In addition, by molding each casing using the same mold, the casing can be manufactured at a low cost with a mold smaller than the conventional casing.
Further, the connecting member having the wiring passage can be formed easily and lightly. The open portion can be a bolt storage space for connecting the electric device storage box and the connection member, and can be connected without interfering with the wiring insertion path.
In addition, it is possible to make it difficult for water to accumulate on the upper plate of the box body when installed outdoors. An extra groove is not formed at a position where the housing and the connecting member are joined, so that waterproofness can be improved. In addition, it is possible to prevent rainwater or the like from entering the housing and prevent rainwater from accumulating in the gap between the doors. Therefore, for example, it is possible to avoid a situation in which rainwater splashes when the door is opened.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an electric device storage box 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention as viewed obliquely from the front. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the electric device storage box 1 as viewed obliquely from behind. FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing the configuration of the electric device storage box 1.

The electric device storage box 1 according to the present embodiment is configured such that at least two synthetic resin housings 10 and 10 each having a box body 11 and a door portion 12 are connected via a connection member 20. Assembled.

The housing 10 and the door portion 12 of the electric device storage box 1 are molded of a thermosetting resin such as FRP having excellent weather resistance and strength. Further, in consideration of recyclability, it may be molded using a thermoplastic resin such as ABS or polycarbonate.

One housing 10 includes a box body 11 having a space in which electric devices can be stored, and a door 12 pivotally supported by hinges 14 and provided on the box body 11 so as to be openable and closable. . As shown in FIG. 3, an electric device mounting plate 40 for mounting an electric device is fixed to the back of the box main body 11 with the door portion 12 opened.

The upper plate 11u, the left and right side plates 11l and 11r, and the lower plate 11d of the box main body 11 are arranged such that the box moves from the front side (the side where the door portion 12 is located) to the rear side (the side where the electric device mounting board 40 is located). The entire body 11 is formed to be inclined so as to be deflated. With such a shape, the undercut when the box main body 11 is molded with resin is eliminated, and the box main body 11 can be easily taken out from the mold. In addition, since at least the upper plate 11u of the box body 11 is formed to be inclined downward, water flows down on the upper plate 11u during outdoor installation, making it difficult for water to collect.

Each box body 11 of the upper and lower housings 10 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 has the same overall size and shape. Therefore, each box body 11 can be molded using the same mold. For this reason, it is possible to use a mold smaller than a conventional case in which the storage space for the electric device is integrated, and it is possible to reduce the manufacturing cost. The openings 13 to which the connecting members 20 are joined are formed on different surfaces of the upper and lower housings 10 respectively.

Although not shown, openings 13 and 13 are previously formed on both upper and lower surfaces of the box main body 11, and the openings 13 and 13 are abutted against the connecting member 20 so that the box main bodies 11, 11,. May be connected in multiple stages (three or more stages). A lid member for closing the openings 13 at both ends, which is left when such casings 10 are connected in multiple stages, may be detachably provided.

As shown in FIG. 3, a locking mechanism 16 that locks to the box body 11 when the door 12 is closed is provided on the back side of the door 12. The locking mechanism 16 is configured to operate in conjunction with the opening / closing operation unit 15 on the front surface of the door 12. That is, when the user operates the opening / closing operation unit 15 to the open position, the locking state between the locking mechanism 16 on the door 12 side and the locked part on the box body 11 side is released, and the door 12 Can be opened.

Normally, a locking portion is incorporated in the locking mechanism 16, and the door 12 is opened unless a predetermined key is inserted into a key hole 15a provided in the opening / closing operation unit 15 to perform the unlocking operation. Is not possible. The upper and lower doors 12, 12 may be provided with a locking part which can be unlocked by separate keys, or each door 12 may be opened by a common key. Further, for example, the locking portion may be incorporated only into the door portion 12 of the housing 10 on the side where the watt hour meter is stored, and the locking portion may not be incorporated into the door portion 12 of the housing 10 on the breaker side.

As shown in FIG. 3, a rib 18 along the outer peripheral frame 17 inside the outer peripheral frame 17 is formed on the rear surface of the door portion 12 so as to protrude toward the box main body 11. On the other hand, packing 19 is attached to the box main body 11 so as to surround the front opening, and when the door portion 12 is closed to the box main body 11, the rib 18 comes into contact with the packing 19 and the box main body 11 is sealed. ing. This prevents rainwater, dust, and the like from entering the inside of the box body 11.

Also, if rainwater accumulates in the gap between the outer peripheral frame 17 of the door portion 12 and the rib 18, the rainwater scatters when the door portion 12 is opened, and there is a danger of short-circuiting by touching the electric device in the box body 11. There is also. Therefore, in the present embodiment, an eave portion 34 extending toward the door portion 12 is provided at the upper portion of the box main body 11. Since such an eave portion 34 is formed so as to cover the gap between the upper and lower casings 10, the connecting member 20 is hardly seen from the front side. Therefore, it has an excellent aesthetic appearance. In addition, the eaves 34 allow rainwater to flow outside the housing, so that rainwater or the like hardly accumulates in the gap between the outer peripheral frame 17 of the door 12 and the rib 18.

As shown in FIG. 3, the upper plate 11 u of the lower housing 10 and the lower plate 11 d of the upper housing 10 are respectively opposed to each other, and the upper surface and the lower surface of the connecting member 20 are sheet-shaped packing 31 in a square frame shape. , 32 are connected to the upper plate 11u and the lower plate 11d with bolts 33, 33,..., Respectively, to assemble the electric device storage box 1 according to the present embodiment.

Here, FIG. 4A is a plan view of the connecting member 20, and FIG. 4B is a partial cross-sectional side view in which a part of the connecting member 20 is broken.

The connecting member 20 according to the present embodiment is formed by welding four metal members 20a, 20b, 20c, and 20d having a U-shaped cross section in a square frame shape with the open portions of the metal members inside. In addition, the connecting member 20 of the form as shown in FIG. 4 may be manufactured by combining resin members molded in a U-shape.

Further, a space which is surrounded by four metal members 20a, 20b, 20c, and 20d in a rectangular frame shape and penetrates up and down is used for passing wiring between electric devices installed in the upper and lower casings 10 and 10. The wiring insertion path 21 of FIG. The connecting member 20 having such a wiring insertion passage 21 can be formed easily and lightly by joining a plurality of metal members or resin members.

Further, a plurality of bolt insertion holes 20h, 20h,... For fastening bolts to the upper plate 11u and the lower plate 11d of the housing 10 described above are formed on upper and lower surfaces of the metal members 20a, 20b in the longitudinal direction of the connecting member 20. Is formed. Note that the open portion can be a storage space for bolts 33, 33,... Connecting the box body 11 and the connecting member 20, and can be connected without interfering with the wiring insertion path 21. In the present embodiment, the open portion is formed facing inward, but may be formed facing outward.

In particular, as shown in FIG. 4B, the connecting member 20 is formed wider from the front side toward the rear side. In addition, the inclination of the upper and lower surfaces of the metal members 20c and 20d in the lateral direction corresponds to the inclination of the upper plate 11u and the lower plate 11d of the housing 10.

That is, when the two casings 10, 10 are connected via the connecting member 20, the inclination of the lower plate 11d of the upper box body 11 is complemented by the inclination of the upper surface of the connecting member 20, and the lower box body The inclination of the upper plate 11u is complemented by the inclination of the lower surface of the connecting member 20. Since the joint portion between the housing 10 and the connecting member 20 via the packings 31 and 32 can be brought into close contact and fixed, the waterproofness can be further improved.

According to the electric device storage box 1 of the present embodiment, the spaces in the upper and lower casings 10 and 10 communicate with each other through the wiring insertion passage 21 of the connecting member 20. Thereby, one closed space divided by the individual housings 10 and 10 can be formed in the electric equipment storage box 1. In addition, the electric devices installed in the housings 10 and 10 can be connected to each other by a cable passing through the wiring insertion passage 21. Further, since the inside of the electric device storage box 1 is sealed, it is possible to prevent rainwater, dust and the like from entering. Therefore, it is possible to provide the electric device storage box 1 which is suitable for outdoor installation and can be manufactured at a large size and at low cost.
