Description
Claims (12)
- 患者の体内において組み合わされた光音響及び血管内超音波の感知を実行するための医療用感知システムであって、前記医療用感知システムは、
関心領域内の前記患者の組織に光学パルスを放出する光放出器であって、アクチュエータに接続された前記光放出器と、
前記関心領域内の前記患者の血管経路内に配置される測定装置と、
前記測定装置が接続される引戻しデバイスとを備え、
前記測定装置は、超音波信号を送信し、送信された超音波信号に基づく超音波エコー信号を受信する少なくとも1つの超音波トランスデューサを備え、i)前記少なくとも1つの超音波トランスデューサがさらに、前記光学パルスと前記組織との相互作用の結果として前記組織によって生成された音波を受信するか、又はii)前記測定装置がさらに、前記光学パルスと前記組織との相互作用の結果として前記組織によって生成された音波を受信する少なくとも1つの光音響トランスデューサを備え、
前記光放出器は、前記患者の体外に配され、前記光学パルスをそれぞれ前記少なくとも1つの超音波トランスデューサ又は前記少なくとも1つの光音響トランスデューサに向かって放出し、
前記アクチュエータ及び前記引戻しデバイスは、前記光放出器及び前記測定装置の動きを調整する、医療用感知システム。 - 前記測定装置は、前記光学パルスと前記組織との相互作用の結果として前記組織によって生成された音波を受信し、
超音波信号を送信し、
送信された超音波信号に基づく超音波エコー信号を受信する、請求項1に記載の医療用感知システム。 - 前記測定装置と通信する処理エンジンであって、受信した前記音波及び受信した前記超音波エコー信号に基づいて前記関心領域の画像を生成するように動作可能な前記処理エンジンをさらに備える、請求項2に記載の医療用感知システム。
- 前記処理エンジンと通信するディスプレイであって、前記関心領域の前記画像を視覚的に表示する前記ディスプレイをさらに備える、請求項3に記載の医療用感知システム。
- 前記アクチュエータが前記引戻しデバイスと通信する、請求項1に記載の医療用感知システム。
- 前記アクチュエータ及び前記引戻しデバイスは、前記光放出器と前記測定装置とを一緒に動かす、請求項1に記載の医療用感知システム。
- 前記アクチュエータ及び前記引戻しデバイスは、前記光放出器と前記測定装置とを、同期した動きによって一緒に動かす、請求項6に記載の医療用感知システム。
- 前記アクチュエータ及び前記引戻しデバイスを制御するように動作可能なコントローラをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の医療用感知システム。
- 前記コントローラはさらに、前記光放出器と前記測定装置との動きを同期させるように動作可能である、請求項8に記載の医療用感知システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光音響トランスデューサ及び前記少なくとも1つの超音波トランスデューサは、音波と超音波エコー信号とを交互に受信する、請求項1に記載の医療用感知システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光音響トランスデューサは、前記測定装置の遠位部分の周囲に円周方向に配される、請求項1に記載の医療用感知システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光音響トランスデューサは、前記測定装置の長手軸の周りで前記少なくとも1つの光音響トランスデューサを回転させる駆動部材に結合される、請求項1に記載の医療用感知システム。
