Description
Claims (5)
- ケーシングの上部に設けられ、被包装物を収納した包装袋を収容するチャンバと、
前記チャンバ内に設けられ、前記包装袋の開口部周縁を封止して前記包装袋を密封する封止装置と、
前記ケーシングの下部に設けられ、前記チャンバ内を脱気して負圧化させる油循環式の油回転真空ポンプと備え、
前記チャンバ内を前記油回転真空ポンプにより脱気して負圧化させ、前記チャンバ内に収容した前記包装袋の開口部周縁を前記封止装置によって封止することにより、前記包装袋内を脱気した状態にて密封する真空包装機であって、
前記ケーシングの前面周部には前記油回転真空ポンプから油を排出する排油管の先端部の排油口と、前記ケーシングの側面周部には前記排油管を開閉する排油弁を開閉操作する排油弁レバーとを配設し、
前記ケーシングの前面には前記排油管の先端部の排油口から外側に排油可能とする排油用開口部を設け、前記ケーシングの側面には前記排油弁レバーを配設した位置にレバー用開口部を形成したことを特徴とする真空包装機。 - 請求項1に記載の真空包装機において、
前記排油用開口部を排油用開口部カバーによって開閉可能に覆うようにしたことを特徴とする真空包装機。 - 請求項1または2に記載の真空包装機において、
前記油回転真空ポンプは油を補給する給油管を備え、前記給油管の先端部の給油口を前記ケーシングの側面周部に配設したことを特徴とする真空包装機。 - 請求項3に記載の真空包装機において、
前記ケーシングの側面には前記給油管の給油口に外側から給油可能とする給油用開口部を設け、前記給油用開口部を前記給油用開口部カバーにより開閉可能に覆うようにしたことを特徴とする真空包装機。 - 請求項4に記載の真空包装機において、
前記ケーシングの側面には前記給油用開口部から内側に凹む凹部が設けられ、
前記凹部には前記給油管の先端部の給油口と対向する位置に貫通孔が形成され、
前記給油管の先端には前記凹部内にて前記貫通孔から前記給油口を開閉自在に塞ぐ蓋体を着脱可能に設けたことを特徴とする真空包装機。
