Claims (9)
- 超音波を送受するプローブと、
プローブを制御して診断用超音波の送信ビームを診断領域内で走査する送信部と、
診断用超音波の送信ビームに対応した受信ビームに沿って診断用超音波の受信信号を得る受信部と、
診断用超音波の受信信号に基づいて診断領域の超音波画像を形成する画像形成部と、
を有し、
前記送信部は、6波〜64波の中から選択される波数のパルスである治療用超音波を送波するようにプローブを制御することにより、診断用超音波よりも波数の多い治療用超音波の送信ビームを形成し、診断領域内に設定される虚血組織と正常組織が混在する治療領域内で、治療用超音波の放射圧が周期的に変動するように治療用超音波の送信ビームを走査し、変動する放射圧で治療部位を揺動させる、
ことを特徴とする超音波治療装置。 - 請求項1に記載の超音波治療装置において、
前記送信部は、16波〜64波の中から選択される波数の治療用超音波を送波するようにプローブを制御する、
ことを特徴とする超音波治療装置。 - 請求項2に記載の超音波治療装置において、
前記送信部は、波数が32波の治療用超音波を送波するようにプローブを制御する、
ことを特徴とする超音波治療装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の超音波治療装置において、
前記送信部は、虚血組織と正常組織が混在する治療領域内の全域に亘って治療用超音波の送信ビームを走査する、
ことを特徴とする超音波治療装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の超音波治療装置において、
前記送信部は、治療用超音波の送信ビームの焦点を虚血組織の深さに設定する、
ことを特徴とする超音波治療装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の超音波治療装置において、
診断用超音波を利用する診断モードと診断用超音波よりも波数の多い治療用超音波を利用する治療モードとを備え、
治療モードにおいて、
前記送信部は、治療用超音波の送信ビームを虚血組織と正常組織が混在する治療領域内で走査し、
前記受信部は、治療用超音波の送信ビームに対応した受信ビームに沿って前記治療領域内から治療用超音波の受信信号を取得し、
前記画像形成部は、治療用超音波の受信信号に基づいて前記治療領域の超音波画像を形成する、
ことを特徴とする超音波治療装置。 - 請求項6に記載の超音波治療装置において、
前記送信部は、治療モードにおいて、虚血組織と正常組織が混在する治療領域内の全域に亘って治療用超音波の送信ビームを走査する、
ことを特徴とする超音波治療装置。 - 請求項6または7に記載の超音波治療装置において、
前記送信部は、治療モードにおいて、治療用超音波の送信ビームの焦点を虚血組織の深さに設定する、
ことを特徴とする超音波治療装置。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の超音波治療装置において、
前記送信部は、治療用超音波の放射圧が周期的に変動するように治療用超音波の送信ビームを治療領域内で走査し、変動する放射圧で治療部位である虚血組織を揺動させる、
ことを特徴とする超音波治療装置。
