Description
段階2:ATSに蓄積されたHCの残存値Rを取得する。
段階3:生成されたHCの質量Pと変換されたHCの質量Cを推定する。
段階4:排気管路(排気管路の少なくとも1箇所)内に蓄積されたHCの質量Iを計算する。I=R+P−C;
段階5:Iが第1のしきい値T1より大きいかどうかを確認する。
段階6:大きい場合は、WATSPを駆動する。
段階9:そうでない場合は、Iが第2のしきい値T2より小さいかどうかを確認する。
段階10:小さい場合はWATSPを非駆動し、段階13に進む。そうでない場合は、段階13に進む。WATSPを駆動した後で(段階6)
段階7:Iが第4のしきい値T4より大きいかどうかを確認する。
段階8:大きい場合、内燃機関の保護手順を駆動する。そうでない場合、段階11に進む。
段階11:Iが、T4より低くかつT2より高い第3のT3より小さいかどうかを確認する。
段階12:段階11でIがT3より小さい場合、内燃機関の保護手順を非駆動し、次に段階13に進む。
段階13:内燃機関が停止されたかどうかを確認する。
段階14:停止された場合、IをR(I=R)に割り当て、段階15で制御を終える。そうでない場合は、段階3から即ち、生成されたHCの質量Pと変換されたHCの質量Cの推定から続く。
Claims (8)
- 汚染物質放出を減少させるための少なくとも1つの装置を含む内燃機関の排気ガス後処理システム(ATS)の管路内の未燃焼炭化水素の蓄積を防ぐ方法であって、
プレ触媒のない排気ガス後処理管路を構成する予備段階と、
少なくとも汚染物質放出を減少させるための前記装置に蓄積された未燃焼炭化水素の質量(I)を連続推定する手順(S)とを含み、
前記推定手順(S)が、前記未燃焼炭化水素の前記質量(I)が所定のしきい値(T1)を超えたときに前記内燃機関の正常寄与よりも前記排気ガス後処理システム(ATS)の排気管路の加熱を加速するシステム/方策を駆動し(S ON)、
さらに、
前記推定手順(S)は、
前記排気管路の前記加熱を加速する前記システム/方策の更に他の制御プロセス(S1,S2,S3,...)が存在するとき、前記更に他のプロセス(S1,S2,S3,...)より高い優先権を得ており、
前記未燃焼炭化水素の前記質量(I)が、前記所定のしきい値(T1)より大きい所定のしきい値(T4)を超えたときに、前記内燃機関を保護する保護手順を駆動する、
方法。 - 前記推定手順が、
前記内燃機関によって生成された未燃焼炭化水素(HC)の第1の質量(P)を計算する段階と、
少なくとも前記汚染物質放出を減少させるための前記装置によって変換された未燃焼炭化水素(HC)の第2の質量(C)を計算する段階と含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記推定手順(S)の最初の実行において、蓄積された未燃焼炭化水素の前記質量(I)の値が、未燃焼炭化水素(HC)の前記第1の質量(P)と前記第2の質量(C)との差から提供される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 蓄積された未燃焼炭化水素の前記質量(I)の前記値が、不揮発性メモリに記憶され、前記推定手順(S)の更なる実行のたびに、蓄積された未燃焼炭化水素の前記質量(I)の値が、前記記憶された値に前記第1の質量(P)を加算し、それから未燃焼炭化水素(HC)の前記第2の質量(C)を減算することによって与えられる(I=R+P−C)、請求項3に記載の方法。
- コンピュータ上で実行されたときに、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項による前記推定手順(S)を実行するように適応されたプログラムコード手段を含むコンピュータプログラム。
- 記録されたプログラムを含み、コンピュータ上で実行されたときに、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項による前記推定手順(S)を実行するように適応されたプログラムコード手段を含むコンピュータ可読手段。
- 内燃機関の排気ガス後処理システム(ATS)であって、プレ触媒がなく、
汚染物質放出を減少させるための少なくとも1つの装置と、
汚染物質放出を減少させるための少なくとも前記装置に蓄積された未燃焼炭化水素の質量(I)を連続的に推定し、未燃焼炭化水素の前記質量(I)が所定のしきい値(T1)を超えたときに排気ガスの加熱を加速するシステム/方策を駆動する(S ON)ための推定手段とを含み、
前記推定手段は、
前記排気ガス後処理システム(ATS)の排気管路の前記加熱を加速する前記システム/方策の更に他の制御プロセス(S1,S2,S3,...)が存在するとき、前記更に他のプロセス(S1,S2,S3,...)より高い優先権を得ており、さらに、
前記未燃焼炭化水素の前記質量(I)が前記所定のしきい値(T1)より大きい所定のしきい値(T4)を超えたときに、前記内燃機関を保護する保護手順を駆動する、
排気ガス後処理システム(ATS)。 - 内燃機関と、請求項7に記載の内燃機関の排気ガス後処理システム(ATS)を含む車両又は機械。
