Description
Claims (8)
- 透光性を有する基板を有し、該基板の一方の主面から結像用の光を発するプリントヘッドであって、
前記基板の他方の主面上に設けられ、該主面の法線方向に沿って延びるとともに、前記主面の法線方向から見て格子状を呈する遮光部と該遮光部で画成された複数の導光路とを有する導光部と、
前記導光部上に設けられ、前記各導光路に入射される光を発する発光素子を複数有する発光素子アレイと
前記基板と平行に延在する封止基板と、
前記基板および前記封止基板の外縁をつなぐ枠体と
を備え、
前記基板の一方の主面から、前記導光路に平行な光が射出され、
前記基板と前記封止基板と前記枠体とで、前記導光部および前記発光素子アレイが封止されている、プリントヘッド。 - 前記導光路と前記発光素子との間に介在するカラーフィルタをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のプリントヘッド。
- 前記発光素子が有機EL素子である、請求項1または2に記載のプリントヘッド。
- 前記導光路が、前記遮光部で画成された貫通孔内に充填された透光性部材で構成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のプリントヘッド。
- 前記基板の主面の法線方向における前記導光部の長さが、前記基板の厚さよりも長い、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のプリントヘッド。
- 前記導光路の端面形状が正方形を呈し、該正方形の一辺の長さと前記基板の主面の法線方向における前記導光部の長さとの比が1:10である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のプリントヘッド。
- 前記導光路の端面形状が多角形状である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のプリントヘッド。
- 前記導光部上に、前記発光素子が直接設けられている、請求項1に記載のプリントヘッド。
