Description
Claims (10)
- 近位部及び遠位部を含み、内側カテーテルと、該内側カテーテルの周りに取り付けられる外側カテーテルを含むカテーテル本体と、
前記カテーテル本体の前記遠位部において、前記内側カテーテルのカテーテル壁に配置される第1の圧力センサと、
前記外側カテーテルに設けられるセンタリングアセンブリであって、第1の折り畳まれた位置と、前記第1の圧力センサを血管の中心に置くために血管壁に係合するための第2の拡張位置とを有する前記センタリングアセンブリと、
を含み、
前記カテーテル本体は、前記内側カテーテルの近位端から遠位端まで延在する通路を画成し、前記通路は、その中のガイドワイヤの通過を可能とするようなサイズ及び形状にされていて、前記内側カテーテルは、前記通路から前記内側カテーテルの外面に延在する前記カテーテル壁を含み、
前記外側カテーテルは、遠位センサ被覆位置から、前記第1の圧力センサから近位で離間される近位センサ露出位置まで移動可能である、
血管内圧測定装置。 - 前記第1の圧力センサが、前記内側カテーテルの外側に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の血管内圧測定装置。
- 前記センタリングアセンブリは、少なくとも3つの外方向に延在するレッグを含む、請求項1に記載の血管内圧測定装置。
- 前記センタリングアセンブリは、前記外側カテーテルの近位部と遠位部との間の当該外側カテーテルによって画成される、請求項1に記載の血管内圧測定装置。
- 前記カテーテル本体の外面は、0.089ミリメートル以下の直径を有する、請求項1に記載の血管内圧測定装置。
- 前記通路は、少なくとも0.036ミリメートルの内径を有する、請求項5に記載の血管内圧測定装置。
- 前記外側カテーテルは、テーパ遠位端を含む、請求項1に記載の血管内圧測定装置。
- 前記外側カテーテルは、前記内側カテーテルの外面から外方向に突出する前記第1の圧力センサの少なくとも一部を収容する凹部を含む、請求項1に記載の血管内圧測定装置。
- 前記カテーテル本体の長さに沿って延在する複数の導電フィラメントを更に含み、少なくとも1つの導電フィラメントは、前記第1の圧力センサに電気的に接続される、請求項1に記載の血管内圧測定装置。
- 前記カテーテル本体の前記遠位部において、前記内側カテーテルの外側に取り付けられる複数の圧力センサを更に含む、請求項1に記載の血管内圧測定装置。
