Description

Claims (8)
- 患者身体内で細長い医療部材を操作するためのシステムであって、
貫通する開口を有し、そこに超音波プローブのヘッドを受け入れるように構成された超音波プローブアダプタであって、前記超音波プローブアダプタが前記患者身体の上に配置された場合、前記超音波プローブの前記ヘッドは、前記開口を通って挿入でき、前記患者身体と接触して設置できるようになり、そして超音波プローブのヘッドを該開口から反転方向に取り外せるように構成され、前記超音波プローブアダプタはさらに、前記開口に近接して位置決めされた第1磁気部材を少なくとも備える、超音波プローブアダプタと、
遠位端および近位端を有する細長い医療部材とを備え、
前記細長い医療部材の前記遠位端はさらに、エコー発生空間を画定するように構成されたバルーンを含み、
前記細長い医療部材はさらに、前記細長い医療部材の前記遠位端内に位置決めされた第2磁気部材を少なくとも備え、
前記超音波プローブアダプタおよび前記細長い医療部材の前記遠位端の各々は、前記超音波プローブアダプタおよび前記バルーンが、患者身体上の少なくとも1つの組織表面の対向側に位置決めされた場合、前記超音波プローブアダプタと前記バルーンとの間の調和運動を可能にするのに充分な磁力で、互いに向かう磁気引力のために構成されている、システム。 - 前記第1磁気部材は、前記超音波プローブアダプタ内に取り外し可能に位置決めされる請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記第2磁気部材は、前記バルーンの内側に位置決めされる請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記第1磁気部材は、前記超音波プローブアダプタでの前記開口の第1側に位置決めされ、前記第2磁気部材は、前記バルーンの第1側に位置決めされ、
前記システムはさらに、前記第1磁気部材と対向して、前記超音波プローブアダプタでの前記開口の第2側に位置決めされた第3磁気部材と、
前記第2磁気部材と対向して、前記バルーンの第2側に位置決めされた第4磁気部材と
を備える、請求項1記載のシステム。 - 前記第1および第3磁気部材は、前記第2および第4磁気部材が互いに離れた距離と等しい距離だけ、互いに離れている請求項4記載のシステム。
- 前記第1磁気部材および前記第2磁気部材は、前記細長い医療部材を前記アダプタの底面に向けて引き寄せるように配向した磁界を有する請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記細長い医療部材はさらに、移動可能に搭載されたスネアを有する導管と、
前記導管の近位端に近接したスネアオペレータと、
前記導管の遠位端にあるスネアループとを備える請求項1記載のシステム。 - 前記スネアの前記ループは、前記バルーンの内側に位置決めされる請求項7記載のシステム。
