Claims (4)
- ゴム状弾性体であるガスケット本体と、このガスケット本体に粘着されて前記ガスケット本体を凹形状のガスケット保持体に収納して保持するキャリアフィルムとを組合せたガスケットの取り扱い方法であって、
前記キャリアフィルムを固定する固定冶具の固定面に対して、前記ガスケット本体を収納している前記ガスケット保持体を前記固定面に設けられた逃げ溝内に配置して前記キャリアフィルムを固定し、
前記ガスケット本体と同一の形状の吸着溝が設けられた吸着面を有する吸引冶具と前記固定冶具とを接近させて前記ガスケット本体に前記吸着溝を密接させ、
前記吸着溝に設けられた複数の吸引路に吸引力を発生させて前記ガスケット本体の厚み方向一方の面を前記吸着溝に吸着させ、
前記固定冶具と前記吸引冶具とを離隔して前記ガスケット本体を前記キャリアフィルムから分離する、
ことを特徴とするガスケットの取り扱い方法。 - 請求項1に記載のガスケットの取り扱い方法であって、
前記ガスケット本体の厚み方向一方の面には、シールリップが形成されており、
前記吸着溝は、前記シールリップの断面形状と対応する形状をなすことを特徴とするガスケットの取り扱い方法。 - 請求項1に記載のガスケットの取り扱い方法であって、
前記ガスケット本体の厚み方向一方の面には、シールリップが形成されており、
前記吸着溝は、前記シールリップを収容し、その周縁部にてガスケット本体と密接することを特徴とするガスケットの取り扱い方法。 - 請求項1に記載のガスケットの取り扱い方法であって、
前記吸引治具には、通気性を有する弾性変形可能な多孔質材が前記吸引路を閉塞するように前記吸着溝の全周にわたって装着されており、
前記吸引治具に形成された吸引路からの吸引力によって前記ガスケット本体の厚み方向一方の面を多孔質材に吸着させることを特徴とするガスケットの取り扱い方法。
